I used to love Kneaders, but I haven’t been here much lately. The overall quality has gone way down. I got the chicken pesto panini and there were only a couple small pieces of chicken on the whole sandwich and it was all in the middle of the sandwich. I used to love coming to Kneaders because they put plenty of ingredients on everything, but the last few times I’ve gone there’s been hardly anything on the sandwiches and salads. The staff were super friendly, but I was not impressed with the quality.

they grill bun so has the strips on it but burnt in the strips and made sandwich taste burnt. need to train staff or not do this stupid

This is our third and absolute LAST time to visit this place.They have zero understanding of what customer SERVICE is, and although we sent the same feedback the last two times, about their lack of care about their customers and the appearance of the store, it seems like they still don't give a rat's behind!This place needs to either be shut down or have the entire crew, from the top down, replaced with management and employees who have been thoroughly trained.Don't bother to reach out to me again. I'm totally done with you!

i went thru the drive thru here to get the french toast. the girl who took my order was slightly hostile and seemed annoyed with me based on her tone, seemed like she couldn’t wait to be done helping me. obviously working in a restaurant isn’t the best experience ever (i work in one myself) but it made me not want to return. customer service could definitely be worked on
I’ve been to the Kneaders’ chain restaurants before—highly recommend their French toast—but this was my first visit to the Ammon location. It’s homey and cozy in its atmosphere; clean and uncluttered on the whole. The staff are nice enough, but could use some work on their hospitality and speed (it was lightly busy). I got a chocolate strawberry mousse cake with a thing of milk, and I was disappointed with both items. Milk was flat out nasty, tasted like the animal smell. The chocolate mousse icing was still frozen and stiff, I could not cut into it to eat alongside the other parts of the cake. The sponge was on the dry side, but the strawberries and cream were the only saving grace for this poor cake. I might return, but only for the French toast.

When we visit kneaders in the evening, like6 pm, the dining room is pretty much closed down. The staff removes all napkins, lemons, spoons, there are chairs on tables. They eliminate all but one garbage can to make closing easier. This is an inconvenience to customers especially when paying a premium for salads and sandwiches.
