Wow! I was double charged brought it to the baristas attention and she acted like it was no big deal and refused to issue a refund. Told me to call corporate; so I did...well that guy found the double charge stated he was correcting it and I would see it fixed in 3 business days. I never did. I called him back and he refuses to respond. I will never go back. Rude employees and crummy coffee.

I’ve been a regular at Kool Beanz for several years now. I usually come in between 4 and 6 pm, probably 4 or 5 times a week. I really enjoy the atmosphere, good coffee, beer and wine, and friendly baristas. I really like to keep my money in the local community rather than going to corporate coffee shops... I was really sad to see that the hours have recently changed to closing at 3pm (hopefully only temporarily). There are several other regular customers like me who really enjoy coming in the later afternoons/early evenings, and we really, really want to ask for you to resume the previous hours of staying open until 6!

Sad but today’s service was bad (((( First of all this young lady calculated wrong and was ready to charge me twice more then I ordered. For spicy Tom and a small coffee without creamer she wanted 13$ instead of 6$ even I asked her several times. This lady even didn’t say sorry. I think she was rude!
I love this coffee house!! It's cozy, right by the river walk, and mimosas are buy one get one all day on Sundays!!
