We visited this restaurant during our Kanab-Yosemite trip. The food was average; we tried the Tom Kha soup and yellow curry, which we requested to be spicy, but they just added chili flakes, and the flavor was underwhelming. We also ordered fried dumplings, which were good. However, this isn’t the authentic Thai food I’ve experienced at other restaurants.
I grew up in Idaho Falls and lived there off and on for 40+ years. My career took me from there, but I occasionally go back to visit family.
We've been to Krung Threp more than 10 times and I can say this is some of the best Thai food I've ever had. Including places I've been to in Toronto, Ottawa, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Seattle.

Absolutely delicious food, huge portions, great and fast service, no complaints at all. Very vegan friendly with tofu added to dishes/soups (pictured pad see-ew with tofu and no egg), highly recommend! Also tried the fresh vegetable spring rolls/summer rolls with peanut sauce (made in-house), and the tom kha soup (small bowl is still very generous) - all excellent and tasty, they have a spice rating of 1-5 and level 1 still offered fantastic flavour.
