For a Mexican establishment, I can say by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The tacos were bland with no seasoning at all. I asked about the buffet since that is implied within the name, and was told that yeah it was out but the buffet was closed. I asked about shredded beef. They were out. What about shredded chicken? Were out. Okay what about steak? You guessed it! We’re out?! So I made mention that it was hard for me to want to spend more money at a place where they should close if they are out of so many things. I walked in @ 7:15 pm! Then I asked for a water for my 3 year old who is thirsty I was told that it would come out with my food!!?!?! Really!? I won’t be coming back! I can’t recommend this place to my worst enemy even if you paid me! Manager and owner should do something have a serious talking to the staff! Next time, have the items or shut the place down for the night! And btw learn that if children are thirsty, they won’t and can’t wait!

The atmosphere and food was very authentic, maybe too much because I got really bad food poisoning from the tacos

Not only was the food amazing, but the staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and make sure we were satisfied. The price is spot on (about $13) for buffet and drink… a wonderful place to eat.

Very friendly staff but literally cringed at the room and atmosphere as we walked in for our first time. Paid for the buffet and immediately regretted it. At 42 years old, and quite a fan of trying new places....this was the first time I've ever got out of my seat and asked for a refund after looking at the food. Everything looked very aged and very much unappealing. Not a single thing looked edible and was absolutely scared to eat anything. I had much higher hopes and loved the idea behind what they are aiming for, but will not be returning. Maybe just a bad time of day, but for an early Friday meal, I would have expected much more from any restaurant. Rarely leave a bad review, but felt this was appropriate for our experience unfortunately.

Don't waste your time. What a poor excuse for a buffet. You get tortillas then maybe about seven things to choose from. Which included rice and beans and corn on the cob, one soup, then 3 or 4 other dishes and that was it. I definitely will never be going back. I really hate to say that, but I want to be honest about my experience.

Their food is the closest thing I have found to a homemade Mexican cooked meal. Seriously the best ever!

Si quieres comida Mexicana auténtica vaya al La fonda toda la comida es rico y fresca, especialmente las tortillas hecha a mano👌🏾😋
I’m sorry, but this place didn’t hit the spot. If you’re going to pay $14 per person for a buffet, you might as well go to the Chinese buffet or Chuck-A-Rama eat all you want of different types of food because here it’s very limited, and nobody keeps up on the food being out there. I’m sure they’re nice people and all but they could do better.
I love it my wife, kids and I have been here a few times there are always so nice and the food is great

Their buffet is not listed at the order counter - unless you are dining in, you wont know it's there. A couple of very hot salsas offered! Beans, rice, beef and ground beef, tostada shells. Posole, menudo and chicharonnes in red sauce were on the line too.Fresh hot tortillas came to the table for the meal. Cheerful staff. It's very cluttered but seems clean. Their visibility would be increased, and eatery more appealing if the front area was cleared out!Definitely enjoyed having the chicharonnes wrapped in a tortilla and the hot salsas!
This place is always busy, but we get helped fast, and our food is always great.
