Orderd online WAITED OVER AN HOUR and they said they were out of pizza and wouldnt give us a refund then as we were leaving one of the worker walked out with the pizza we orderd in her hands and got into her car

When I went here they had to have one smelliest cashier working, I'm genuinely convinced the guy hadn't showered in a month (minimum). I'm not one to leave bad reviews on places or complain but I almost threw up it was so bad.
We placed an online order to be picked up about 3 hours later. Scheduled a time for 2:15 We got an email telling us the order was ready at 2:14. We showed up about 2:19 and they told us it was going to be another 15 min!!
Good, not great pizza, miss the days when it was cheaper.

I had a bad experience yesterday where I bought a pizza and the person who served me treated me a little in a bad mood, I hope it's not because I'm Latin, the pizza was spectacular

I ordered my wings and pizza it said 15 minutes. It's been an hour since I ordered and my order is still not ready. They say that are waiting for the wings. There was an uncooked pizza upside down on the floor. For mediocre food this is ridiculous. Will definitely not order from little Caesars again.

The food and prices of their hot and ready line are great. I only recommend hot and ready. Everything else here is too expensive. Also if you like pizzas with multiple toppings consider buying toppings at your local grocery store, cooking and adding them to a plain cheese pizza. This way you can save money by getting a hot and ready pizza price... Without sacrificing the flavors you are used to. If you normally like stuffed crust you could always hollow out the crust and insert a piece of string cheese, then microwave or place it in your oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese in the crust or adding your own shredded cheese and melting it that way as well.

They advertise hot and ready cheese and pepperoni but you go in and its not hot and ready have to wait a half hour or longer so they can cook your pizza that's supposed to be hot and ready

The online portal told me my order was ready then had to wait another 30 minutes past the time my “order was ready”
Customer service was not good, pushed order aside, 2 hour wait, food was cold. Only good thing was that the solution was resolved and order was refunded. Staff needs to be properly trained to handle situations like that

The guy that was in line in front of my son and I was just flat out nasty, rude and not listening to the employee what so ever. Logan is the one who was helping him and he stayed ABSOLUTELY calm and collected. He was taking a decent about of verbal backlash for something that wasn't even their fault necessarily as much as it was the company but that's unrelated to what happened. Logan was professional and tried to explain that they're short staffed, they're trying to keep up on orders as fast as they can with their smaller crew, and when he was asked to get the manager, he did. This guy then started to belittle every employee and the manager on sight. I believe Xavier was the manager on sight, he was very calm and collected as well. He seemed a little taken back by the way this guy was talking to him, but he didn't even let it phase his professionalism.
Bonus points our estimated 30/35 minute wait what 15 minutes! MAX. There was no reason for the behavior but they definitely handled themselves very well.
