Alberto's is pretty good. I had the California burrito and it was just alright. It was a little dirty inside the restaurant but the staff was friendly and there was plenty of room.

The food was okay but not bad at all. Crunchy like we like it coming from another state, it’s hard to find Mexican food like we like it. Both salsas were perfect and the price it’s reasonable I guess since I didn’t compare the prices. It’s very clean inside and the women was nice to us, but we did go a bit after they opened so maybe a different person?

The girl at the drive-through called us idiots and didn’t realize the window was half open and we could hear her. She must have assumed we didn’t know Spanish … who’s the idiot now? This place is just pure trash and needs to be shut down. Go to the one on 1st Street. It’s the bomb and they treat you well.

I got to the speaker and sat on hold for 10 min before I was told to come to the window to order. When I got there the very young girl asked me if I would like to leave a tip and I told her “sure, $1 is fine.” When I said that she rolled her eyes and said “it goes by percent so the lowest you can leave is $2.55” and I said “you can press custom and put in $1” and she said “so you’re really only going to do $1.” The whole experience was offputting, the wait was ridiculous and the service matched the quality of the food received. We will continue to go to the other Alberto’s as this location always lacks in customer service and food quality.

The burrito was good, but the gal at the window was phenomenal. She chatted with me as if we were friends and I needed that. Cute girl with her nose pierced. Said people used to call her “Dora” - Give her a raise!
Terrible service from the girl who is working as a cashier, she is rude to customers and makes the service and the experience disastrous, one ends up angry and not wanting to consume again, if she doesn't like working I don't know what she is doing there and when she stops they ask him for things he makes faces and doesn't answer you, you ask him and he tries to be friendly and he doesn't answer... I leave my comment in Spanish so that it reaches more people my bad experience because that is another topic one speaks to him in Spanish and The lady gets upset, in the end we end up ordering in English.

The Los Albertos in Ririe is the best but since they were on vacation we decided to come here. They do not accept punch cards, and food was meh. Place looked clean but I won't be coming back. It's worth the drive to go to the one in Ririe!

I know times are tough but really disappointed with the amount of guacamole and cheese. For over $7 for 5 this is bottom of the barrel. You can do better with food and service. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.
