I visit here often as it is one of my go to restaurants for Mexican but I’ve finally had enough of the poor service to write a review. The underage child working the window is rude and incompetent when it comes to completing and getting the order out correctly. I did not get to finish ordering before being told to pull forward. This restaurant is constantly out of the sauces. I ordered a side of rice and a side of beans, 2 separate items. They came intermixed in one container. Finally fed up enough to not return.

I love the food here but I think the workers need to be a little more responsible and get the order fast to the window also to not be on their phone in the drive thru the cooks sometimes mess up the order but over all I love this

I have been going here since they opened. I've always had good food and ok service. But tonight was my last straw. The little 12 yr old running the window is the rudest, game playing. brat I've ever met. When I was ordering she was purposely repeating my order wrong. I get up to the window and get my food. I pull up and check my order. It's missing things so I go to the front to get what I need. She comes out to tell me its drive thru only. I told her she forgot my sauces that I paid for. She told me I'd have to go through the drive thru, so I do. I didn't stop at the speaker. I get to the window and she pretends not to see me as I can see her looking at me . I sat there for 5 minutes. Finally laid on the horn. She says you need to stop at the speaker. I told her I did the first time when I ordered it and she better give me what I paid for. Then she hands it to me and wanted to charge me for it. I looked at her and laughed and told her to have the day she deserves. I refuse to give my hard earned money to somebody that is that vile and disrespectful. They need turned in and shut down. Lost a lifelong customer.

If you sound too 'American 'I guess they won't serve you or they lie and say their card machine is down and they can't break a $100 at 8 o'clock or their too lazy to serve ya.( what kind of business are ya running?)C'mon y'all, not gonna have very much business by being bigots or uppity, I'll NEVER go back to eat here, you couldn't pay me to. Don't waste your time it's a dump that is violating tons of food handling laws.... you may get sick from the food if you don't from the terrible service and attitudes there. Beware and stay away.... This place has definitely gone down hill, if I could leave a 0 star I would. The little girl that runs the window is EXTREMELY rude. Food is ALWAYS over done or underdone. Who ever owns this clearly DOESNT run a business. Will be nice one day to see this go. Makes me cringe every time I drive by it! Don't do business with these PEOPLE!

It's sad when they charge almost 9 dollars for a burrito that's so thin u could put 3 churros together and it would be equal in size to a Chile Verde burrito that I just ordered. Guess I'll still to going to the other los Alberto's on first street.
