Lucy's New York Style Pizza

Service was terrible and pizza was so burnt on bottom you couldn’t eat it. Won’t be back!

Slow delivery. Everytime. It's great food but takes over an hour to get delivered.

Pizza is good but I got the anti pasta salad and they wouldn’t let me sub something for olives. (many dislike olives) meh.
annoying. subbing one item is a normal thing.
Plus, the lettuce and everything else wasn’t cut up. difficult to eat.
don’t get salads here.

Paid nearly 40 bucks for quite literally the worst pizza I ever had. Crust was under cooked, and they barely put any toppings on. Was more of a cheese pizza. Buffalo wings were dry and overcooked. Lesson learned.

The only reason I am giving this two stars is because despite the food being really good, the service was terrible. We were seated before the family that was next to us and they were brought plates by a waitress for their family, none for myself or my kids. And the server absolutely saw us because she walked by us multiple times. I got up and grabbed paper plates (she actually brought the family next to us, actual plates not paper ones) since the waitress didn't come back to bring us any. Then she brought markers for the same family next to us to draw on the tables, luckily the family next to us was nice and shared some with my kids. The server asked how their food was and not once were we asked how the food was or checked in on in any way shape or form, it's like we were invisible which was pretty difficult since there were only three families inside the restaurant at that time. The food was very good, however, but we did not feel welcome at all.

My wife and I were served by Nat tonight. (Pretty sure her name is Nat). She was freakin AWESOME! Food was great and she made sure we were well taken care of. It was also a busy night, and Nat, you rocked it! Thank you for serving us. :)

Keith handled our rowdy group really well, he was great server, gluten free brownies were a plus.
