Best pizza ive eaten since i was in bologna Italy ??. Nice captese salad. Very fresh basil. Crust on pizza was superb.Accidentally called the twin falls store, placed order, showed up in Idaho falls Broadway location not realizing mt mistake. Manager figured out what happened, got my food going in id falls, called twin falls, and sorted it out. No new charges or cancelation. Had a great conversation while waiting. Never got her name. Entire staff was cool and jumped on the situation. Turned my misrake into this very positive experience. 5 stars. Cant say enough good things.
Incredible service and food! Always ask for Michael, he is the best server and always go above and beyond for us. He takes care of us so well we always try to get him when we come in!!
We love Lucy's! But this experience was not good at all. My sister and I took our kids out after a movie last night because we wanted a quick bite and a fun atmosphere before taling them home. Service was terrible. I am a waitress myself and I was appalled by the young woman's attitude. She was the only waitress so maybe she was overwhelmed but everytime we asked her for anything including silverware she acted like we were bothering her. The food came fast but she eventually brought the bill over an hour later and when we asked her about the dessert we ordered ahead of time she acted like she didnt forget and said oh did you want that now or what? Then when we we got up and had to leave because the kids were very antsy and tired she told us to sit back down because she was bussing tables and was to busy to check us out! What????? I have never had worse sevice then this.

Pizza was fine. First time ordering from here and the delivery driver was extremely rude telling me my apartment didn’t exist and hanging up on me.. I typically don’t complain but I don’t understand the hostility? I called in and management didn’t seem to care either so I won’t be back.

Pizza is good but service and timeliness is terrible. Ordered online well in advance (like 2 hrs), drive 30 min to get there and they then tell me it is 30 min behind. This day and age that is no bueno and will no longer come here.

We were the only customers there, we ordered 2 15” pizzas and it took almost an hour just to get our food to us. The employees were just sitting around not worrying about our food. We probably will not be dining at this location again.

I travel 250 nights/ year for work and this is hands down the worst pizza place. Rude staff and egregious food. Go to Little Cesars for the same quality pizza at a fraction of the price.

This place would have sucked less is the server wasn’t so bad. She delivered my food to the wrong table left it there then brought it to me after it had been at the other table for a few minutes. Then she tried to play it off asked me if i wanted it refired because it was a little burned. Then my daughter spilled milk and she made me wait five minutes before giving me the towel that was in her hand. She brought the cheese sticks out first and then the pizza, the cheese bread was hot but the pizza was cold and soggy. The atmosphere wouldn’t have been so bad but they had dirty dishes and and stuff all over tables in closed off sections along with the girls phones.

My wife and I walked in at 12:00 on a Wednesday. There were two women working and the place was appearing to be not busy.Both employees made eye contact with us several times as we stood at the “please wait to be seated” sign, yet neither of them acknowledged us or offered to seat us. One of the employees was on her phone the entire time.We waited several minutes and finally left to eat somewhere else. Horrible customer service.

Was visiting from out of town. Must stop in my opinion if you are passing through. Even if you are not a fan of New York style pizza we found something on the menu for everyone. The traditional wings... a delicious delightful suprise. Location, food, and service was all a hit with us.

I did a to go order and waited for it. I was told 20 minutes, so I had a drink and waited there. I watched many to go orders come and go. 40 minutes later the person working the counter let me know my pizza was sitting 4 feet from me for well over 20 minutes. I was handed a now cold pizza with a “sorry.” I had my kids waiting on me at home after a very long work day. I was speechless and super disappointed. We try to only support local owned restaurants. I got home late with a crappy, cold pizza. I will not be back. There are other pizza choices here in IF and Ammon. Bad service and product.
