Service was terrible and pizza was so burnt on bottom you couldn’t eat it. Won’t be back!

Loved it! Old dinner style building. Great pizza! And they have meatballs! You can draw on the table! Super friendly staff!

So disappointed in Lucy’s pizzeria in Ammon.

Ordered a Zestipan calzone no pineapple and it tasted awful. The ranch was gross, possibly someone did in fact put the pineapple on it and then took it off. Sure it is my taste preference and I nicely asked them to remake it or make something different. The nice waitress said yeah, and asked the general manager. This general manager came to the table and was rude, short tempered and clearly emotional. She came to the table and without even apologizing, said that they have THE BEST produce of fresh ingredients and fresh housemade ranch, because she inspects it and orders it. She said that they made 5 other zestipans and no one complained, therefore it was not her problem. So, needless to say, she refused to remake it or make a different item. Defending the fact that her employees do a good job making the pizza. I’m sure they do their best but it wasn’t up to par. Tonight it was wrong and just plain awful. I didn’t want the pizza and the manager threw it away, but still charged me for it because I ‘ordered it that way’. They must be desperate for the profit off of a $10 calzone. The manager must have personally made my calzone because she was sooooo offended by my complaints. You have to put aside emotions in business, take care of your customer and they keep coming back.

So beware if the S. Hitt Lucy’s location they do not operate with customer satisfaction in mind. Completely unprofessional or untrained management and questionable tasting food.

I could even hear the cooks laughing in the back as I sat at my table waiting for my daughters to go box. Just another pizza place with shitty customer service.

Great Food Cute Place. Very disappointed in the service. Ordered a Gluten Free Pizza to go for the Wife. Went to pick it up and they didn’t even make it yet. Wife wife asked and their excuse was their to busy. Then just blew her off. I understood busy but ignoring the order completely is unacceptable and rudeness to top it is unacceptable.

Dietary restrictions: Great Gluten Free and Safe Made in Separate area

The food was equivalent to ambrosia. The pizza instigated a veritable taste pleasure ride for my drooling mouth. The service was exquisite. The food and drinks came right as we needed them. The Pizza a perfect pita of presently perfected toppings. It was reasonably priced for the sheer size of these behemoths. Will be returning soon.

Ordered take out. When we got home we discovered they forgot to put tomatoes on the ham, what little there was. Besides hardly any ham, there was little to no sauce on all of the pizza's. And to top it off the crusts were burnt and tough.

Best pizza in town. Our family is addicted. If you haven't ordered everything off their appetizers menu then you are missing out! CCB is still the bomb after 15 years!

Kid-friendliness: Who doesn't love drawing on the dinner table?! Helps keep Mom and dad entertained too. Remember to ask for the pickles and olives to help the little ones wait more patiently. ?

The Pizza is awesome. Even though it is a thin crust, you will not miss anything. Quality toppings with a geat flavor. And as for the staff here they are amazing.

Past 3 visits, 2 online orders, 1 call in order. Asked for lightly baked (otherwise crust is burnt and tastes horrible). 3rd time in row received pizza, crust is burnt. Called in, didnt ask for refund, didnt ask for remake, just provided information, some teenager 'yep thanks for calling', never gets fixed. May as well order domino's tastes the same and half the price.

Have been wanting to try Lucy’s for a while now.

Our server was able to explain things for us.

We tried the Fried Mutz. This did not come out hot, but warm. The sauce was salty. The breading was not crispy. No thanks.

Boneless wings, the sauce was some kind of Buffalo but not Frank’s. I’m Total: did not like it.

We also ordered a couple of calzones:
Small Zestpain without pineapple, although I think they forgot and I did find a piece. The meat in it was salty. I was not expecting thin sliced chicken in it, like lunch meat, I was expecting chunks of chicken breast. A little too much jalapeño. Crust was good. In total: It Was ok.
Small meaty with red sauce inside. Wow, salty meat. Bread was good. In Total: it was good

This location on Hitt isn't that great. Go to the one on Broadway! Tonight I was torn because our Muz was burnt to a crisp, and the cheese bread was burnt with barely any cheese on it, but the Calzone was amazing! ?. The service was definitely lacking as well which is a shame. It hurts leaving only a3 start review but this location needs to step up their game! I usually really like Lucy's but we've been to this location on Hitt twice now and it's been lacking both times. We've LOVED their location on Broadway though! And it's nice to have a little walk around the river or through the friendship garden before or after eating there as well ?
