When the food finally arrived it was very good. Server was kind but must of lost our order as it took an hour for our pizza to arrive to our table. The pizza was very good!

Every single time I have been sent for an order here the staff never offers to help. You will get looks from 5-7 workers but not a one offers to help. You will sit here for well over 20 min at the slowest times let alone busy times. Even as an actual customer it’s like pulling teeth to get acknowledged.

Really enjoyed our pizza at Mackenzie's. Our server Christine was excellent even though they were short staffed, they came through like they weren't. Prices were excellent, I'd come back again when we're back in town.

We were touring the river walk area and stopped here for lunch. It was great pie and service was top notch.

Christine was one of the most fun servers I’ve ever had! She had our whole table laughing and was very accommodating of our needs with a little one. She even went back to check on our individual meals when some of our orders were delayed. She really helped add to our party’s enjoyment of the evening. Give her a raise!

For the price tag and the reviews posted I was expecting a great pizza, but this expectation couldn’t go more wrong. The crust was chewy, the cheese was burnt on not just one pizza but all the pizzas ordered.

Pizza sauce was good but the burnt cheese and chewy crust dominated the sauce flavor.
Out of 5 expected basic tastes, couldn’t taste any thing other than sweet and salt !

The price tags are outrageous, and didn’t the people who posted reviews for this pizza store never had better pizza ever ?

5 stars for a really great restaurant with a nice atmosphere, good food and nice service. We had burgers with fries and also dessert. The food and drinks came quickly. The selection on the menu is very good.
The prices for the dishes were very good for Idaho Falls standards. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!
The toilets were very clean.

The noodles tasted like a burnt grill, something wasn't right with the Alfredo. My salad was very wilted and the pears were definitely not edible. There was a trash can to the right and we unfortunately had to toss almost all the food.

I was really excited to try this place, and it was okay. It's not great, just okay. Mainly from the service. The waitress we had was maybe new to serving. I ordered a draft beer from the menu, and she came back to tell me they were out and had a handwritten list of beers they still had. I re ordered, and she came back to say they were out of the 2nd beer, I ordered again and finally got my drink. She couldn't answer any questions about the drink menu. My fiance ordered a flight, the waitress brought them out but couldn't tell us which one was which. She said she would be right back to tell us but didn't come back for about 15 minutes. We had finished the beers before she popped in and basically guessed which one was which.

I don't like complaining. The food was fine, not blowing me away good. The waitress was nice, just not very experienced with serving beer, I guess? I feel like it was a little overpriced for a mediocre experience.

Chalyze was an absolute treasure, as our server this evening!!! My daughter and I have never experienced such generosity, kindness, and joy at this establishment as Chalyze showed us. We will be back, bc of her!!!!! Thank you ?

Kid-friendliness: My daughter tried the new fries, didn't like them so they brought out regular fries for us as no extra charge!!!
