The worst experience this morning, 8:18, waited 12 min if not more for 1med hot carmel macchiato, no receipt, rude Mgr, no apologies, nothing but excuses blamed on a new employee.

I just came into Macdonalds on 17th street for my lunch to two bites of my burger looked down and one of the beef Patty's was completely pink in the middle like raw burger definitely do not recommend going to this place unless you want to get sick go to one of the other ones

Ordered pick up, arrived early so i waited. my food finally came out my smoothies looked half melted and bubbly, on top of that my beagles were dripping in butter. I’ve had other problems at this location, I would rather go out of my way to go across town than stop by here and get low quality food.

The app bugged out and showed my order at the other McDonald's and this McDonald's on 25th. It was made at the other one and the team here helped me get my food despite the apps shortfalls.

Today At 3pm my daughter and grandson were in the store eating. We first ordered a 12 meal deal, which was good other then the fries. Then I ordered a banana strawberries smoothie and large chocolate shake, plus an order fries. The only fries that were good was the 2nd order's the rest you could tell they had been sitting for awhile. Then my other daughter (these 2 are twins) showed up and order a 12 meal again as a separate transaction from ours. Again, she was brought cold fries. After getting so may cold fries, I went and complained to a lead shift. I asked them if they could trade them out. The girl that was at the front mumbled, "I brought her warm fries" and wanted to argue with me instead of resolving my issue. Then I spoke to the first shift lead, Brooke . and she didn't do anything to help the issues. So I asked for another person that would be able to help me. The person I spoke to, I think his name is Sam not sure he had shoulder length blond hair, and he was arguing with me as well. So, I finally asked for the GM's business card. I explained and showed them my 3 orders (2 orders placed by myself and one by Aurora, my daughter who was not with me at the beginning but showed up later.). My daughter, Aurora, didn't order till 3:40pm and they were cold fries. The only employee that tried to resolve the issue and fix the issues was Tena and honestly I am not sure why you have 2 people as leads that don't do their job and would rather upset the customer more then resolve the issue presented to them. I am going send this to the Head Quarters because this was a BIG ISSUSE. Out of all the employees TENA was the only one that tried to resolve my issues. Those 2 shift lead and other employee (she was at the cash register) were just more worried about arguing with me and being rude. I have been going to this MCds since 2000 and I am absolutely horrified that those employees would treat me and my family that was. Our names are Heather (myself) and My twins.

Went through and ordered 20 nuggets asked for two different kinds of sauce. Got home and there was only one kind of sauce. So we turned around and went back for our other sauces. Anyways by the time we got the sauce and the nuggets home the nuggets where cold. So not only wasted money for the food but had to pay for twice asmuch

Just went through the drive thru to do a mobile pick up, had my code ready and gave the code, but at that moment I accidentally clicked switch to counter pick up, and let the cashier know what I had just done, however she was nice and said to just pull forward and that at the second window they will just hand me my order. Well it wasn’t like that sadly, a younger gal said seemings I changed it I would have to go around and come inside. I asked her nicely if she could just hand me the bag that it was on the counter already. (About 3 steps behind her) and she continued to say I had to come inside and was very rude about it. Not very comprehensive at all, and was a hassle having to get out during this cold time while I’m currently clearing up from having walking pneumonia. I have over 10+ years of experience working in fast food, and know how chaotic it can get. But I sure in the hell know, I would have told any of my employees to do the right thing and to just hand over the order. It was as simple as taking a couple of extra steps and doing the right thing tonight and she chose not to. What a shame!

First we didnt get any of the fries we ordered. Second the double cheese burger only had one patty. And last they have their phone of the hook so it's a busy signal for over 30 min now so they dont care if you didnt get your order you paid for..
Only drive thru matters like every where else
