Got a happy meal and the toy was not inside and my drink was incorrect too. Should confirm and double check first and from what I saw it was not even busy to mistake the items. Waited long for a cone and a fry.

Clean and Quick. Food is as expected though I ordered 9 breakfast sandwiches and was only given 2. They made the order right without any fuss and did so quickly.

Waited 15 minutes, after ordering online and taking 12 minutes to get there for what 27 minutes for 6 piece chicken nugget, cheese burger and fries. Wow, did they have to ship out for my order?

This is my favorite McDonald's to go to in town . They are quick and efficient. This morning I came in with my son and was greeted by 3 different employees. It felt nice! after some other locations you wait 10 minutes to be greeted so thank you. And as we ate the employees came around and checked on us . Very happy with my experience. Oh and the food was all super fresh and hot!!

They take a long time to prepare a small order and if you need to do something else you have to wait until one of the employees feels like coming to the counter.

Got to the window where I'm supposed to receive my food, was asked what I ordered as though it's not the employee's job to keep track of what I just said into a speaker. Then I got to pull forward and wait for my drink that I saw get handed to the vehicle in front of me, and then passed back to the employee and I was asked what it was 4 different times, 2 of which were by the manager. THEN, I get home and realize I have no sauce to do my McNuggets in because it's apparently too difficult to remember that when you're dealing with an order that has a whopping 3 items on it. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the food doesn't taste nearly as bad as the service was.

um they forgot my friends number 9 at 3 in the morning and when they went back they were closed so they’re liars and so my pals had to go to the one across town and all of a sudden they only sold breakfast so i had to have a hashbrown and orange juice at 3:30 in the morning

It's always a constant problem here. It's usually missing food, and when you tell them they yell and degrade you. I ordered a big Mac and got something completely different in the big Mac box

How is it possible that you've decided the best time for the last 4 months to clean your coffee machines during your morning shift. Terrible service just waited 15 minutes for them to tell me their machiatto machine is being cleaned.

I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for eight McChicken’s and a fry! I asked for sauces and they would only give me two otherwise they would charge me extra. I’d rather go to Burger King or Jack-in-the-Box next time!

Ordering on the app is incredibly easy and fast. The service is phenomenal, they care about you. There have been 1 or 2 times when I had my order wrong (they put ketchup, when I asked for no ketchup). They took care of it real quick and made me a new Cheeseburger. Otherwise they've gotten my order right. I am amazed by the service. Fast, friendly and helpful.
