Ordering on the app is incredibly easy and fast. The service is phenomenal, they care about you. There have been 1 or 2 times when I had my order wrong (they put ketchup, when I asked for no ketchup). They took care of it real quick and made me a new Cheeseburger. Otherwise they've gotten my order right. I am amazed by the service. Fast, friendly and helpful.

Waited like 20 minutes in the online mobile spot for 3 sandwiches and an orange juice because the app doesn't work and can't communicate apparently. I got a receipt "confirmation" that it had been picked up but they didn't get the confirmation on their end. 🤦 Not the staffs fault but irritating non the less cause neither of us realized what was going on sooner. lol Shout out to the young lady who not only came out to confirm I was the order that was just sitting there but she also let me know what had happened on their end and everything got figured out! Future reference for anyone else using the app, it's kinda stupid lately, use with caution. The staff was on top of it though!

The food tasted off when we got it and then the next morning my oldest daughter woke up puking and saying her whole body hurts. I definitely will not be back to any McDonald's now due to her getting food poisoning from the food. Chicken nuggets. This is the first time and will be the last. Time for a diet change.
