I ordered a 10 piece nugget medium meal, first off I got a small drink and was told that it was now their new medium. My fries taste stale with no salt and my nuggets were so dry like they had been sitting out for 20 minutes not fresh at all!

Orders aren't correct most of the time at the northgate store. My recommendation for anyone going here to check ur order b4 you leave. So many times I personally dont get my orders right. Maybe it is just my luck but my orders r almost always missing something.

Came to get some food for lunch and was greeted by Dericka in the drive thu. She was very rude and unprofessional, giving attitude over a misunderstand of the code on the app. Wouldn’t recommend this location because of poor service.

Don’t order the breakfast bagel from this location. It took 20+ minutes for me to even get once placing the order. Not sure why it takes longer to toast a bagel when it’s already cooked. Seemed like they made everything from scratch
Went through the drive through tonight, ordered food for the kids, wife and I. Wanted to try their new golden sauce they said that they were out of the cups, but could give me a side to try it out. Tony the assistant manager was nothing but absolutely awesome. I haven’t seen that good of customer service in a long time ! As well as the gentleman in the purple shirt, (I didn’t catch his name) asked me how my night was going and wished me a good afternoon with a huge smile on his face. Bravo to this team ! They both need a raise !
