Mexican Food La Carreta

This food truck/bus has a unique layout. The menu is large and covers the full outside of the bus, there's no question of what you are getting with each option. We were a bit confused about how to order until I peeked inside the door. Was it ever surprised! There's a chrome bar with seating for dinning on both sides bus, with a smaller kitchen area in the back potion. A smaller menue with pricing is on both wall dividing the kitchen and dinning areas. The open concept allows for a clear view of the food being prepared. The whole bus was
well lit, very CLEAN and a welcoming atmosphere. It was easy to order food and both men in the kitchen were quite friendly.
The food was awesome and good sized portions. We chose to eat outside on one of the picnic tables provided. We enjoyed our experience here and wil definitely return in the future.

La Carreta’s taco bus was one of two food trucks at our class reunion. The food was so yummy! I got carne asada street tacos and they were so good! I definitely recommend them. I forgot to take pictures.

This is a popular taco bus on the north end of town. I decided to play it safe and get a quesadilla. It was good, and pretty big. The prices aren't listed on the menu, so I didn't expect it to be over $12, but it did come with rice and beans so maybe I got my money's worth.

Best tacos I have had in a LONG time! I literally could cry from how good and fresh they were. I will be coming back for more and recommending this place to friends and family!

The bus is Rad. There are a lot of options on the menu, I ordered Pollo a La crema and maybe next time I'll just try tacos...
There are a handful of Mexican soda pops to try also, I'll try it again next week.
