Stayed the night in Idaho Falls and decided a Mexican dinner would be good. Decided on Morenitas as it had very high ratings. Arrived at the restaurant, ordered our food at the counter and paid. Found a table and took a seat. The restaurant was very cold and we had to wear our coats to stay comfortable. We waited quite some time for our number to be called and were disappointed from the get go, the refried beans were cold like they came straight out of the can, my enchiladas had no flavor at all. My wife decided she would like some guacamole and went to the counter to get some, she was told that it would have to made, she said ok and paid $4.99 plus tax and returned to the table and waited and waited. She finally ate her dinner sans quac. Fortunately, I had decided to wait till after we had dinner to leave a tip and figured the $4.99 plus tax was more was deserved. No recommendation from us.

Bought some street tacos and had to buy the flan! So incredibly delicious. Tacos were great and the flan was made a couple hours prior to us eating it. BEST FLAN ON EARTH!

It was quite busy when we went so the lobby was packed and needed swept. Someone was trying to do their best to keep up on it. We waited about 30 minutes to get our food, but it was well worth the wait. We will definitely come back!
I ordered 15 street tacos and they were good. But it cost me sixty bucks. Two out of four ppl in my family didn't eat them, for whatever reason. I liked them just fine. Good hot sauce there, too.

Best Mexican Food I’ve had in Idaho (and we just moved here from the Boise area). Delicious and authentic. The staff were so kind and genuine- I do feel bad for them because I could tell they were working so hard and so fast with little breaks. And, phone didn’t stop ringing the whole time we were there. God bless them! I feel for them. Overall, though, my new favorite place in town. Hands down.
This place is absolutely amazing they always have alota different sauce the meats are tender and not dry friendly ppl this place as a whole is definitely ???? thank you

The food here is good, especially for a northern state. I've eaten here multiple times and have enjoyed the food each time. But... the people who work here always seem to have a chip on their shoulder if you have a question about the food or want to ask for something on the side. Without fail this has been the case the last 3 times I been here.
