We have always loved New Hong Kong. Tonight we had a bigger event. The services was great. The food was delicious! The owner was accommodating! 10/10 recommend!

Nice place for good food. Food is made fresh and tastes great. Very friendly staff. Nice place for dine in or take out. I'm very happy going here.

Way over priced. The portions are half what they use to be. I understand costs have gone up. That being said very disappointed. And staff Not friendly.

I always go here for my favorite Mandarin Chicken, staff are always friendly and attentive, prices are fair and food is good. Inside does look a bit outdated but the food that I have had especially the fried rice is always perfect.

Tried two dishes, beef and broccoli as wells as the Cantonese chow mein. Both were delicious and large in portion.

Next time I will try the sweet and sour chicken and fried rice.

They are always great about gluten free rice to go orders. They are always full, hot, and taste well. This is my go to place for fried rice to go.

We have recently moved away from Idaho Falls and whenever we visit we get New Hong Kong. I haven’t been able to find anywhere nearly as good as New Hong Kong. Our favorites are the pork fried rice, chicken lo mein, and the sweet and sour chicken. Best Chinese in Idaho Falls!

Didn't care for the rice, mandarin chicken. The egg rolls were good. We were kinda forgot about and had to keep waving the waitress down... she just kept saying she had a large group to take care of..... but they had time to talk about going out that night.

We ordered takeout from here and received … mystery pork (?) and sweet and sour chicken. And also got a MASSIVE egg roll, oozing grease from its thick brown crust.

FWIW, We ordered sesame chicken and general tsos chicken. lol.

We saw that this place had gotten an award for something like, "Best Chinese in Idaho Falls"? So obviously, I had to find out for myself and... OMG were they not lying! I have now been in twice and have abolutely LOVED their food & service both times!! Hands down a 10 out of 10! The food was delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere was nice & clean! We will definitely be returning for some more ???sweet and sour chicken! Thank you New Hong Kong!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet. We've been going here for over 25 years now. It's definitely our go to location for takeout Chinese food. Everything we've gotten from them is unbelievably good. Never had a bad dish, they've never got our order wrong after all these years. Never really eaten inside, it's kind of rundown looking. They go to pretty quick usually about 20 minutes from the time you call it's ready.
