Stacey (i think that's how her name was spelled) was AWESOME! The manager for the day had stopped by our table and we had a pleasant chat with him. This was on president's day, it had been a long while since I'd been and would recommend it to anyone!

We had a great experience at Olive Garden! We came for Valentine’s Day which we excepted to be very busy. We put our name down and was giving an hour long wait, when we got there we were told an extra 20 minutes which ended up turning into almost an hour. We didn’t mind the wait, but we were a little frustrated. When we showed up again they apologized and immediately seated us. The Manager, Julie, came up to our table and apologized once more for the wait and they paid for our whole dinner! She was so nice and so kind and it made our night! Our waitress Lilly was also very friendly and made our experience! We both loved our food and got some delicious chocolate cake as well! Overall the wait was frustrating but the kindness of the staff made up for it. We will definitely be back! Shout out to Julie and Lilly!

We had a great time. Our server, Matt, was amazing. He checked in with us frequently and made sure we had everything we wanted. Our food was ready within five minutes of ordering and tasted delicious. We should have split one plate because we had tons of leftovers but now we have dinner for tomorrow too.

We had a lovely dining experience at Olive Garden in Idaho Falls. The food was delicious! I love the chicken gnocchi soup! Collin was our waiter and he was awesome! He was friendly and chatted with my son who wanted to talk to him!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment. My whole family GOT FOOD POISONING on our last visit there.
We have chosen this restaurant to celebrate special occasions in the past, as we did for this visit. But this time everything was bad. The host was annoyed and had a bad attitude when we requested a bigger table for our party of six. The quality of the food is not the same as before. It is also more expensive. Then, after eating there, our whole family got sick. My children missed school and my husband also had to missed work because we were all too sick. I have tried calling the restaurant to let them know about this, but the manager is always “busy” and they need to know that someone in their kitchen was/is sick and is not following proper hygiene and sanitation standards. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

tonight i sat down to enjoy a meal with my family and i had an amazing meal our server, Katie was extremly nice, vibrant,lovley, and extremly kind. She checked up on us and asked if we needed anything, over all she was the best part of my night.
