Sat there for a half hour while everyone else got acknowledged, drinks, salad and breadsticks. Finally got drink order placed and some breadsticks brought for the 2 year old. No silverware, plates or napkins. Than a salad and 1 diet coke was dropped off..we had 3 people and didnt order diet coke. GM didnt do anything about it when complained to, she just said ill be checking in on you and never did. Male waiter was over chatting it up with a female waitress. finally ended up leaving because the experience and service just flat out sucked and we were on a time limit. Will never go to this location again

We are from out of the country, stopped in for supper on our way through. Was busy, seems like the usual, but got a table right away. Waitress was attentive and friendly. I am celiac (gluten free), the kitchen did make a mistake with my order but the manager corrected it and had both mine and my husbands meals re made so we could both eat hot meals together. I couldn’t have asked for better service 10/10

We had a party of 6 yesterday evening and our server was great! He was a young very tall gentlemen. He was efficient, friendly and on top of all our needs. Food was great, service was stellar.
The server was nice and dealt with our larger family well. Tried really hard and was on top of everything. The food was not great. My husband ordered the tour of Italy along with 2 other people at the table. No one could eat the chicken parm as it was terrible. My husband fettuccine was so dry he didn't eat that either. The other folks that ordered fettuccine were better. My daughter had chicken and shrimp carbanara and I had chicken masala. Neither of us ate the chicken either. If no one at the table eats the chicken or wants to take it home it tells the restaurant it's not good and should rethink offering it. I know it's a chain but giving feedback to corporate would be smart. Every peice of chicken was not good, almost mushy tasting. I did try to take home and fix my chicken masala meals flavor. I got the sauce to taste better but still ended up throwing away the chicken as it wasn't edible. Maybe get your chicken from another vendor.

This is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in the Idaho Falls area! Servings are hefty and not overly expensive. Staff is always awesome. Atmosphere can get exciting at times but not overwhelming. So far, I've never waited to be seated. Sits right off the freeway and easy to access. The parking lot is very large and easy to find a spot.
