Just went to Pachanga's for the first time ever. I attended an event this past Saturday and got a chance to eat there. It was a very busy night due to the event happening outside. I sat at the bar and ordered the Chile Verde combination plate. The presentation of the food was spot on, the flavors were there, and portions were right on. The food is good, but just know when you order something like fajitas, they give you four flour tortillas or 3 corn tortillas only!!!

I have eaten a lot of tex-mex and Mexican food down south, and so my standards for Mexican food are very high.
So far, of all of the places I've tried in Idaho, this is the only one I revisit again and again because it's so tasty!
