I’ve had very great experiences at Panda Express previously but maybe this location runs things differently than others. I was told lobby closed 40 minutes before they actually close, wasn’t even able to use the bathroom. Went to drive through and when I placed my order she sighed and said the kitchen would be so mad but she guessed she could place my order. Constantly was glared at through the window and was made very uncomfortable by Gabby. Portions were to be blunt very obviously missed to get me through faster which is disheartening not to mention some of our order was missing even after paying more than $50. It is blatantly obvious this location needs a change in management, I will never support this locations business again until they can perform even basic service.

Employee Gaby was extremely rude and short tempered. Our food was amazing as usual, While sitting in the drive thru waiting for dude we could see her rolling her eyes while talking on mic to other customers. Treated us like we were incompetent when she really was just rude.

Me and my friends went here today and the lady who helped up gabby was totally rude and she didnt give us an order of our cream cheese ragoons we ordered 2 orders and they only gave us 1i am disappointed in the lack of positivity in the service we had and will not be coming back
