Im sure the food is pretty good and I want to try this place sometime, but this place is getting a 1 star from me because as a doordasher, every single time I show up for an order, I have to wait 10+ minutes every single time and I just doesn seem like the staff cares to go any faster outside of slow and steady.

Staff was not complimentary, treated me like an inconvenience. I payed extra for customizations like sausage and peppers on my sub and they were left out. That plus the service makes me not want to return.

They seem to close when they want at 8:45 they said they closed at 8:30

It's bad. Both the menu and the interior of the restaurant are in desperate need of some serious investment. Neither has advanced into this century. Employees weren't dressed professionally.The food tasted horrible. I paid $14 for a lunch special that basically tasted/looked like it came from a school cafeteria, especially the salad.The one positive were the employees. Food was finished promptly and they acted professionally. The interior of the restaurant, while seriously dated, was clean.Given this restaurant's location, if management/owners showed leadership and actually cared about providing a 2024 dining experience this place would be popping.Another complaint: You get a bag of chips with your lunch sub, but the bag of chips are 0.5 oz bags with maybe 8 chips inside. It's so small it's almost insulting.WARNING: The price they quote you for your meal is assuming you pay in cash. Pay with card and they'll tack on another 50-75 cents to your bill without telling you.

Can’t believe I haven’t tried them until now! My family and I tried a little of everything and we loved everything we tried! Taco salad was huge and delicious and fresh. The pizza was super tasty, the Italian sub sandwich was to die for. The staff was super friendly and helpful 10/10 recommend!!

Awful experience here this evening. Ordered two simple sandwiches and one cheese pizza. We waited for over 30 minutes, then checked on our order. No one was making our order or it got lost among the 3 young employees working. We were the only people sitting at a table in the restaurant and the employees could clearly see we didn’t have our food yet. They were all just standing around. The employees were rude when we asked them if they could see we didn’t have our order.We already had paid for our food, so it took us an hour to wait for food we never got and then another 15 minutes for the young employees to figure out how to refund our money.Absolutely disappointed with the terrible service, kids who have no work ethic or customer service conscience.We usually love this place, but don’t think I’ll ever come back.

I was so disappointed. I have heard so many times how papa Kelsey's is the best pizza in town so tonight I finally tried it. I should have taken a hint when the place was almost completely deserted on a Saturday night right at 6pm but I wanted to try. The building was absolutely freezing. My pizza was completely cold in the middle right as they took it out of the oven. There was no flavor whatsoever. They put the toppings under the cheese which made everything fall right off the bread. I would honestly get little Cesar's pizza or a frozen pizza from the store before coming back here again.
