Best damn pizza in town. Yes it’s an older building in need of some updating but the quantity of customers that are always there is a real testimony to the quality of the product. The take and bake is just as good cooked at home. Great local place that we will go back to time and again. So if you’re one of the people constantly complaining about the place, price and food maybe you should just eat at home.

Pizza is delicious. The staff are incredible rude and condescending. If you try to call in to order, good luck. They never answer the phone and when they do a middle aged man is a complete jerk. The last time I called to order they said it's busy it will be an hour and hung up on me not saying thank you, goodbye or anything. When I went in to pick up the pizza the middle aged man was talking rudely about customers and appeared to be under the influence. They never greet you when entering, and honestly the place is filthy. Customer service is nonexistent at this place.

Papa Tom's is usually the best in town. We love how much the pile on the toppings and if you go in it's a great vibe for a classic family pizza place.

Ordered a large Combination Pizza... to try a new place. The crust was hard and thin. The pizza leaves a burning sensation on your tongue. I called them and was informed they put additional pepper in their sauce and they have always had thin crust. Won't be ordering pizza there again.

Love the character of the restaurant. The service was absolutely excellent. They asked how we liked everything and were super kind. Food was fresh and perfectly cooked. Exactly what the family needed!
Horrible service. I called 2 hours in advance and they said my pizza would be ready and when I got there they have not started it. The workers were very rude about THEIR mistake. They have good pizza but need new workers. The place has really gone down hill…

I use Papa Tom's to host most of my events! The pizza is always so good and the customer service is always great.
I love the food and the atmosphere here and always have. But SOMEONE has got to train the staff on customer service. Standing here at the counter for 5 minutes and made eye contact with about 6 employees all of which ignored me until someone came in from the back. A simple “hello, someone will be right with you!” Would be an amazing improvement from the cold stares I get from all the employees there. Simple customer service goes a long way. But make people feel welcome when they come to your establishment. If this was a one time thing then I’d ignore it but it seems to be amazingly consistent. Please fix it.

If you are looking for a place to just fill your stomach, then eat here. If you are looking for a good place to eat pizza, go somewhere else. We dined in and our party ordered three XL pizzas. Bread/dough was crunchy and stiff (I’m not used to picking up a pizza slice by the crust and having the tip of the slice on the same plane as the crust, like picking up a slice of cardboard), and sauce was very minimal. Two of our pizzas were ready at the same time, the third just took longer. Concerned for our order, my wife asked about the third pizza, the server looked around and handed her a pizza in a to-go box. My wife opened it and saw it was missing olives. The server apologized and asked her to wait a minute so she can fix it. The server said she was going to heat up some olives in the microwave and then add them on top of the pizza. No thank you. Did the pizza fill our bellies? Yes. Will we ever go back? No!
A little slow, only because they're always super busy, but so worth the wait!!!
