I love Papa Tom's pizza. Its definitely one of the best pizza places in town. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. They have done small things throughout the years, but it's badly dated and in need of a full remodel. With that said, it's hugely popular, and the atmosphere isn't enough to keep people away.

We waited over an hour and a half for our 2 pizzas to be cooked. The salad and breadsticks came out after 30 minutes and by the time the pizzas were done we were late for our appointment so we had to ask them just to box them up so we could take them to go. The pizzas were over cooked and the second one just thrown in the box. Very disappointing yet expensive ($95.00) experience. We would not recommend and definitely won't be returning.

Terrible experience at Papa Tom's again. Service is terrible,dirty tables all over and had to wait an hour for a takeout order that is was told would be 20 to 25 minutes. Last time going there for sure. That would be a good place to open a business. Not sure how they make it.
Normally papa Tom's is my go to place but after waiting 2 hours for a pizza that was apparently done 40 mins previously but no one ever paged me when it was done. I was being patient and could see they were busy and once there was another opening to ask about it I did as courteously as I could. All of that is even okay and understandable but they were so dismissive of the inconvenience to me, that I felt no matter how busy you are, when you take peoles hard earned money you can at least offer a sorry, well try better next time but it was just an unceremonious handing me a cooled off pizza and then onto another more important conversation. Been going here for years but this visit really soured me unfortunately
