We had a group close to 30 they fit us in. Had amazing service.

Service is trash I went there a few days ago and had a phone call for work come in. The waitress ignored me and when I was over that and was leaving the waitress said she ignored me because I was on the phone. I am Wyatt Pilgrim by the way. I just figured if I wrote enough bad reviews about my experience you will actually change something. I love Perkins food but the current wait staff here NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. The waitresses need to get over their attitudes omg.

The place was completely silent, making it really uncomfortable. We waited for 15 minutes, and we were not served. A group came in three minutes before we left, and they were served immediately. Very disappointed in Perkins.

Service was friendly, prompt, and exactly what we ordered. Thank you!

I understand places are understaffed.... but when the manager comes and gets our drink orders, then the waitress that is supposed to be serving us LITERALLY walks past me SEVERAL times, with eye contact and all, and COMPLETELY IGNORES me. I was on the phone when the manager approached us to get our drinks .... so if the manager can take our drink order why couldn't she have gotten our food order? So after I got tired of being ignored. My son and I went to the front to pay for coffee and juice. The waitress was arrogant and dismissive and then.... LOL she didn't know how to operate the register. Someone helped her but they charged me 10 dollars for coffee and juice. Then when I handed the waitress cash to pay ($20bill) she looked at it like it was an alien life form and didn't know what to do next so I just said screw it and left. NO ONE FROM MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, OR COMPANY WILL EVER RETURN TO THIS PERKINS. Insulting. Maybe it was racial thing.... I dont know. But beware people Perkins in Idaho Falls has THE WORST service this side of the country

Had another awesome experience here today. Sherill was on point and the food was super delicious! Great job management, the team is kicking butt!!!

I had this place rated a 2 and I’m not sure how that happened. I think this place it awesome! Great food for a good price. You get what you pay for. Love every time I have gone!!!

The place gets crowded a lot, and a lot of senior citizens

With Perkins, you always know what you are going to get. The days of the family restaurant seem to be slowly going away in favor of the loud, themed, chain restaurants. The service is always great, the food is good for the price, and I have never had an issue in this restaurant that wasn't immediately fixed and taken care of with a smile. My first time in this restaurant was 1992, when the back section was still the smoking section. We would go after the bars closed and drink coffee and eat cheese sticks and appetizers. This restaurant will always be special to me.

Grace was our waitress and she was lovely. Such a ray of sunshine(: I demolished the breakfast burger since we don’t have a Perkins in Missoula anymore. Would eat here again if Grace was our waitress!

Good food selection. Has gotten a little spendy over the years, and not very many pies to select from like they used to

It was a little overpriced honestly. Wouldn't be my first choice bit the food and service were good.
