This location ALWAYS takes the screen away right when I am asked to tip, tipping themselves upwards of $5. They are unable to explain why my total is $5 more than it should be, and are unwilling to reply when asked if they tipped themselves. Do not trust this Pick Me Up. I will no longer be supporting this location or business. Very disappointed.

I order takeout and had to wait in the drive thru line for 14 minutes. I get my drink take off my lid and find a bug my drink. I’m sooo disappointed just wanted a drink and it made it the worst morning for me

Website said it would open at 7:30 am, waited until 7:40 am before I had to leave for work. Maybe update your hours of operation if 7:30 isn’t correct.

Adequate soda-pop stop... The location is interesting, the drive through seems like an afterthought. My Pop was ok. (Nothing extraordinary) I may or may-not return if I'm needing a pop on that side of town.

Only reason I giving 3 starts is because we've frequented here and overall have had good experiences. This Sunday (6/23) we went inside to order as there were several cars in the drive-thru. One of the two works went outside to take orders after we came in. My issue is, that meant two people were running the drive-thru and no one was taking care of customers who came inside. We patiently waited, even to be acknowledged, which we finally were after about 5 mins. However, our order was still not taken. Cars continued to pull into the drive-thru getting their orders taken while we still stood there. We ended up just leaving. Either get more staff or train them on equally taking care of their customers.
