Stopped by to grab a 44 ounce diet Dr Pepper after a high school graduation I was in line at 9:01. The person in front of me was in line. I waited they made them drinks. I pulled up. They would not wait on me because it was closed at 9 o’clock I said you really just cant make me a drink real fast and they said no and shut the window. Super disappointing when you have a business like that you can’t go the extra mile. It’s OK if it’s 902 and someone’s in line waiting for a drink. It’s called customer service!!

Hard to understand how a soda shop could be out of Coke Zero for several days multiple times this year. You would think ownership would make adjustments to make sure they had extra if it was was a popular soda.

This location ALWAYS takes the screen away right when I am asked to tip, tipping themselves upwards of $5. They are unable to explain why my total is $5 more than it should be, and are unwilling to reply when asked if they tipped themselves. Do not trust this Pick Me Up. I will no longer be supporting this location or business. Very disappointed.

Certainly felt like we were interrupting the employee’s down time when we walked in at lunch. No friendly welcome, no thanks for stopping by.
I order takeout and had to wait in the drive thru line for 14 minutes. I get my drink take off my lid and find a bug my drink. I’m sooo disappointed just wanted a drink and it made it the worst morning for me

Website said it would open at 7:30 am, waited until 7:40 am before I had to leave for work. Maybe update your hours of operation if 7:30 isn’t correct.

Adequate soda-pop stop... The location is interesting, the drive through seems like an afterthought. My Pop was ok. (Nothing extraordinary) I may or may-not return if I'm needing a pop on that side of town.
