Disgusting pizza. Paper dry, and garlic taste, crust was so hard cutting was impossible

Start with cleaning your lobby it is filthy dirty the windows have dirt streaming down from them at least make it look like you care.

This store either needs a major do over in management or it needs to be shut down. We ordered dinner because we’ve all been sick, and found out that our 2 pizzas had a layer of fibers or thin hairs sprouting from the crusts. It literally looked like our pizzas were baked on a towel or a fuzzy sweater. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve heard a ton of other stories since then of food poisoning and contaminated food. 0/10

Didn't get our full order and spent over 30 minutes trying to get someone at the actual Woodruff store to answer the phone. The phone would eventually go to a call center and they couldn't help with online orders. Their suggestion was to drive to the store and talk to them. So much for paying for delivery......worst customer service. Order at your own risk. 👎👎👎👎 Should have got Digiorno.

Delivery order was transferred to door dash. I get it, but provide the dasher with a bag to put the pizza in so it doesn't arrive cold

Order on the app 15/24 ordered carry out at 7:15 didn’t get my food tell 8:30. The app said my order was ready at 7:30. But when I went in and asked they said it wasn’t ready and couldn’t tell me what time it would be done. So I thought it would be like another 10-15 minutes. I was wrong I stood there for another hour asking every 10ish minutes. The manager went and hid form the multiple anger customers. Each time no estimated time. There was 10+ people also waiting just as long or longer then me. At least I made some friends with the door dashers that one of them was there for an hour and a half waiting on multiple orders.

I would give a zero if the system allowed. Based on past reviews and now my situation, the management is not management material and should be fired. The last four times we have ordered (family likes Pizza Hut), the deliveries have been wrong (i.e, missing pizzas, wrong toppings, etc.). The system for the most recent delivery reflected that the pizza had been dropped off which was not the case. I called to ask where our pizza was and to speak to a manager who was right there but was such wimp (lacked management and definitely leadership skills) would not come to the phone and told the employee what to say. We never got an answer and luckily, the driver showed up about 10/15 minutes later with our pizzas. The driver got the brunt of our feelings regarding the incompetent manager. We will be seeking other pizza alternatives. Regional management needs to read these reviews if sells are down and fire the manager.

Ordered a 3 topping large pepperoni pizza with sausage bell peppers, and onions I paid d extra for onions. Hardly any thing on it and the hand tossed crust was old dough, will not be going back. Dominos is way better.

Been standing at the front desk for 5 mins while employees in the back continue to talk to each other and ignoring me.. While making eye contact and knowing I'm up front.
I'm so mad right now. I had set up an order to be picked up carside. But where??? There is nothing that tells you where to park for that!!! So, I parked in ONE of the 3 delivery spaces that NO ONE was occupying to wait. And got major chewed out for it!!!! And told to go park in the Liquor Store or Winco parking lot!!! AMAZING!!!

I went in to pizza hut on the 22nd of May and placed my order. A simple order. Two customer service reps couldn't find the garlic cheese sticks and a good 10 minutes went by. So I said forget it just refund my card. I went back in when I got my bank statement of 22 bucks. They charged me anyway. I went in to dispute it and was told they would not do anything about it. So my review is to say" where is your moral code of customers first? I offered to show you my bank statement several times and you wouldn't except seeing it. I will continue to blast your store any chance I get. It's wrong of you.

I called and ordered 2 pizzas take out. I got to the store and they didn't know anything about my order. What is going on? I think they have a call center somewhere else maybe over seas and they must've just sent my order to the wrong store. They don't care now.
