I ordered a special tonight the large pepperoni pizzapizza and honey barbecue wings combo and when I received it The pepperoni was burned there was hardly any cheese on it and it tasted like cardboard that a barbecue wings didn't have any barbecue sauce on them. I will never order Pizza Hut again

I was a walk-in order. The guy said 15 minutes. I went to my vehicle to make a couple calls, went back in on the 15 minute mark, 3 employees talking, no one notices my pizza had come out of the oven and was just sitting on the rack. The woman there with the piercings was just talking about how she had to pee.

Whoever the guy was working at Pizza Hut off broadway Sunday night around 8. I was beyond impressed with his work ethic , with him literally being the only one there taking 10+ orders. I seen him get overwhelmed, but that didn’t stop him from completing everyone’s orders , I couldn’t help but to tip him $10 , guy needs a raise!!

Placed a delivery at about 11pm. Received txt saying order would be delivered by 11:45. Midnight passes and my order was cancelled at the store at 11:39. No phone call, no txt, no notice or explanation. What kind of garbage service is this?
