This location has really gotten great. There's this girl katrina that is super friendly and makes sure my order was correct and timely. The food tastes great. Katrina is great with the kiddos. GREAT JOB WITH THIS ONE PIZZA HUT !!!!! SHE DESERVES A RAISE.

Worst pizza hut ever the owner needs to have his franchise rights taken away they ate stealing peoples money but not delivering there food that they paid for and refuse to refund it or give you the run a round tell you give up. Seriously someone should be sued or brought up on charges.

Ordered through their terrible app. Used my points for a pizza and ordered 20$ worth of other stuff. Ordered it delivery. Had a 2 and a half hour wait. When I called for an updated a the 2 hour mark I was told that I needed to be Patient by a guy that sounded high he couldn't even get a full sentence out. After 2 and a half hours I drove down to just pick it up and the were closed before there scheduled time by 30 min. I called customer service and had to argue with the phone lady for another 2 hours trying to get a refund. I never did. Bs. I asked to talk with someone incharge to try to fix it. No one called. Never again.

Never recieved our order and it's already been an entire day. Also given the run around on who can refund us. My 4 kids look forward to pizza Friday it's something they started with their biological father and now my son shares with his step dad. Spent all night trying to get ahold of the restaurant and bickering back n forth with a call agency who is from Tennessee and doesn't seem to understand a word we are saying.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I am appalled at the lack of service here. I had an order that was fairly standard. The store estimate was 35-45 minutes for delivery. After we ordered it gave us an ETA of about an hour. 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered we tried to call the store. That was where the real issues started. They wouldn't answer. We got bumped to a service call center that couldn't help us because they were not the location of where the pizza was being made and said that they would connect us to the store, but when they called, once again, they didn't answer. I proceeded to call several more times, and each time they didn't answer and I was transferred to the service center. My sick kid had to drive to the store to pick up our food, and when he asked for a refund they refused. I asked that they reach out to me, which didn't happen and when I called the store to discuss said refund, they STILL DIDN'T ANSWER!!!! I am NEVER going to order from this store again, I am going to report them, I am going to tell everyone I speak to, to not order from this store, and I hope they get shut down.

From what I remember as a kid it was way different than now. I think the foods good but I always get questionable deliveries from them to deliver. I can’t count how many times I have driven over there to pick up an order for them to say sorry our driver took it. Ok so why did you request a delivery driver then? Either way it’s a courtesy really it’s not like they pay us or anything. Could be managed better I assume.

I went to pickup an order and the girl working there was awesome! She was working alone which I thought was completely wrong, had several orders on the board and was literally running to keep up! Add in an annoying customer that took like three minutes to order and she was happy as could be! Whatever you are paying her, it ain’t enough! This was on 11/11/23 around 830 pm.
The employees set the tone for a great experience. The food is good as well, but the people seal the deal for me. Big Kudo's to Riley & Brandon on Broadway in

I had previously left a bad review a while back after receiving pizza that was stuck to the lid of the box. I gave them a few more chances and the pizza had been good. The service has been quick, the delivery drivers are nice, the orders have been accurate, the food arrives hot, and I have been happy.
