We hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in years but our son received a voucher for a free personal pan pizza for reading so many books this school year. There was only one other table with people in the dining area besides us which made our dinner out as a family calm and relaxed! The food came quickly and it tasted delicious; the kids got personal pan pizzas and I shared the Italian meats pasta with my husband. We ordered cheesy bread sticks with our meal and when our server brought them out, she accidentally gave us garlic breadsticks. She said she already had some cheesy ones in the oven before we could tell her not to worry about it!
This place is terrible. Second time I’ve ordered here. The didn’t give me a fork for my wings, again, They didn’t give me ranch for my wings, again. They risk to notify when my food is at the hospital so my food is cold. They can’t even cut up the brownies. There’s no napkins.
I won’t be ordering from here again.

This place is bad few months back was great my favorite pizza joint .. good delivery good atmosphere. Now it look like a halfway house all looped up on something .a older lady was our waitress. Mean rude yelled at customers and dash drivers horrible place now......

Got the Big New York pizza 2 days ago. It tasted fine as we were eating it, but now the entire family has food poisoning and this was the only place we had all eaten at together. Had to go to the ER because of how painful it was. I don’t know where they went wrong in cooking, but won’t be returning for a long, long time.

We ordered a New York pepperoni pizza to be delivered. The pizza arrived undercooked and soggy. Called and spoke to the supervisor who offered to replace it after about an hour later I called and spoke to the supervisor again who said the pizza was delivered. The supervisor called back and told me the pizza was delivered to the wrong address and that they would make the pizza for the 3rd time. Now after almost 3 hours later from original order the pizza arrived. I still did not get the pepperoni pizza but was instead given a New York cheese pizza since it was very late we ate this pizza which was awful..the incompetence is staggering!! This is the second time I have had a problem with my order recently and I doubt I will give them a third time to disappoint me!

Delivery of $65 of uncooked raw dough. Too bad you're in such a hurry and apparently have no quality control. Not browned dough anywhere on a very expensive product.

It is now 7:00 p.m. still no food representative that answered the phone when I asked where my order was after it says it's been delivered just hung up on me this location is a joke can't even rate the food because it never showed up but they pulled the money from my account this facility is clearly nothing more than a thief

Try to get an order that was $7 each thing I only got two things which should have equaled $15 something after tax. It was nearly 20$ after tax!!! Insane! And that wasn't even that tip. There should be no delivery fee we should not be having to pay for your guys's company expenses. There should be no reason I'm paying for extra dollars that isn't a tip.

Had the best experience here today. Carol, and I’m not sure of the man’s name but they were so kind, personable and friendly. My daughters and I had a great time and surely appreciated such great service at this Pizza Hut! I’m an old fan of the old Pizza Hut and it’s nice to have a dine in option. Very nostalgic for me and the service was incredible! Thank you all who were working when we came in.
