Placed an order online it was 57$ when I showed up they said they don’t have the bucket anymore so I was supposed to get my refund and I paid more to get more food I’ve not gotten my refund and it’s been 3 weeks super upset you can’t get to anyone by there online number and everytime I got in the manager says it’ll come

We used Pretzel Maker as part of my bridal shower, and they were so amazing. They went above and beyond and even wrote me a hand written letter congratulating me.

Waited 40+ minutes for a Pretzel bites combo. The staff apologized for the wait, but I didn't even get my cup. I had to flag them down.
I ordered one large pretzel bite and it took forever to come out which isn't a problem. However, the pretzels I received were still raw and doughy and they tasted like flour. Plus none of the employees had on gloves which isn't a big deal but the employees also didn't follow any hygienic standards. I watch an employee drop a ticket on the floor and then proceed to pick it up, set it back on the counter next to the food and scoop the food into the cup without washing first.

The team here is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The pretzels are fresh and hot, and delicious. Today the young man was kind enough to check the label of a sauce for me to see if it contained dairy. I appreciate that he offered to do so and had a great attitude about it. Keep up the great work, team!

We like the pretzels here. The kid that helped us was super rude though. He had his earbuds in while helping us. Acted like he didn’t want to be there. Wasn’t going to tell us it didn’t come with cheese or any dipping sauce until I asked him before I payed. Also side note, who doesn’t include cheese in the pricing for a pretzel? First time I’ve seen that buying a pretzel. Hopefully a manager will change something about that. That’s a joke of customer service. I’m a server/manager rn, as a manager that’s not okay at all.

They pretzels are really good, but the service was crappy and it’s ridiculous watching a male and female worker hand feeding each other while making pretzels and the other guy looked like he hated he was at work stuck with two young adult co workers flirting and feeding each other the whole time. Not making as much as there eating either. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable seeing that. 11/14/24

I quite appalled at the state of the establishment. Every employee was on their phone and I personally witnessed the older balding worker pick his nose, before eating pieces of cheese directly from the container and finishing out helping orders before washing his hands. Honestly disgusting and the owner needs to heavily consider new management staff.

Banger workers, banger food, epic manager, the guys behind the counter are super hot (especially the one they call Camden) and they were never even on their phones and helped me right away and everything was super clean and amazing ?

As someone who use to work here I'm really disappointed in seeing the quality of the staff.. even as a high school job. Corbin was on their phone at the rolling station, and then went directly from touching his phone to rolling out the dough. He did NOT wash his hands. Which is disgusting. Idk who the new management is but they need to have better enforcement on their staff, and I know Blaine the owner would throw a fit even knowing someone had their phone out in the front of house let alone not following basic health and safety standards.
