I normally don't do a lot of reviews, but we have been to this Red Robin many times, but today may have been the last. I ordered a salad that was supposed to be "southwestern". The chicken was so dry, you could hardly choke it down, and it had zero seasoning on it. It was advertised to have a special seasoning, but there was absolutely NOTHING on it. Just dry, flavorless chicken.The chicken was also ice cold. I was so disappointed in this trip.

Came in with my 4 kids (one very rambunctious 2 year old) and our waitress was absolutely amazing i forgot her name but she was a brunette with a nose ring and beautiful eyelashes. She was so patent, brought us fries before our meal showed up and made feel us very welcome. Our visit before this one was not so good but with this visit because of her we will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved the food I got at Red Robin. The Service was amazing as well. It was my twin brother and I’s Birthday today and it was awesome to eat at Red Robin. Definitely would go again. 5 star service.

Red Robin always has gluten-free options. They have a dedicated GF deep fryer, so their fries are GF! That is such a treat!

The food is ok, the burgers are small. Love the endless sides, that is definitely a good thing. But it's just too expensive for what you get.

Friendly staff. We showed up with a party of 9, with loud kids, and the staff treated us with respect and kindness.
We will eat here again.

The restaurant was clean and food wasn’t bad, pricey for the quality/portions when compared to other local places. The thing that was rough was the service, everything seemed to take for ever and when our son spilled his drink none of the staff offered to help we had to ask for each item, first the napkins, then for them to take the napkins, then for them to provide a refill for our sons drink. Overall, if you really love their food maybe it is worth it but, we will be going to other places that have the same quality food with lower prices and better service.

Great service and attentive staff. Sat at the bar for the veterans deal on pub burgers. Food was good, but could have been better. Not exactly gourmet. Tasted like a regular patty you’d buy from Sam’s.

i never write reviews but honestly was disappointed with the service i received on friday, i ordered the jalapeño n avocado burger with a substitution for a fried chicken patty, food took a little while but our server brought out our garlic fries to munch on while we waited, food got to us and i got a regular burger patty instead of my chicken, no big deal i waited around for our server for 17 mins until i asked someone to find her for us when she came i told her i got a burger patty instead of the chicken, she apologized and rushed off. she came back 5 mins later with a grilled chicken patty on a plate and left it on the table and walked away. i waited around a bit longer to explain the confusion but it took another 10 mins until i asked someone to have a manager come by. manager was nice and had it remade but we sat there this during this whole debacle with empty waters that never got refilled and payed full price for bad service and food i didn’t even want to eat by the end.

2024-11-10: Waited 8-10 minutes before a server came to the table.
Drinks took another 10 minutes ... I suspect this is more an issue of understaffing as the restaurant was approx only 1/3 full.
Don't order the watery Sangria or the almost only iced Tipsy Santa (way too much ice, almost no chocolate liquor).
Also the toilets smell of urine = not sure when they were last cleaned.
