I have 2 kids with celiac, they rarely get to try excellent crispy appetizer type food, mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, onion rings. The chicken sandwich and fries are amazing as well. We are so glad we have found you. I've driven from Pocatello to I.F. 2 times in a week because its so good. Thank you for having such great G.F. food, oh and the funnel cake, SO GOOD !!

Everything is gluten free!!!! The corn dogs are 😋. My daughter has Celiac and was able to have onion rings and funnel cake for the 1st time in 17 years!!! The fries 🍟 were cooked to perfection. Nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, not oily. The people running this were informative and kind, very polite, happy to answer any of your questions.

So good! Having celiac it’s hard to get some things I miss from before- but this place hit the mark! The chicken strips and mozzarella sticks were so good! Even my husband and son who normally complain when they have to dine GF said it was amazing and they would eat there again! We will be back!
“Best Food Truck Ever” - words of our 8 year old son.
Amazing food that doesn’t even taste gluten free!
We were travelling through from Calgary, Alberta and were very excited to find a food truck that we could eat at.
Corn dog, chicken fingers, chicken burger, fries and funnel cake - Highly recommend!

I can't remember the last time I ate such a delicious fried meal! I'm celiac and just found this food truck on my last trip through town. The service was quick and the food was so good. I had a chicken sandwich and onion rings (I haven't had onion rings in years!) And my 3yr old devoured a chicken strip. We will definitely be coming back!

We just drove clear from Omaha, NE to eat lunch here on our way to Yellowstone. Was TOTALLY worth it. Thank you so much for “understanding” the gluten free way of life and offering yummy food. Wish we lived closer!

My husband can’t have gluten and the food here doesn’t even feel like it’s gluten free because it’s delicious! Even if you can have gluten the food here is worth a try.

My mom and I are both celiac and the food here was awesome! Everything is gluten free and there's a lot to pick from! Great food, owners were very friendly!
Their burgers are to DIE for!! We have a gluten allergy and this hit the spot!
Great! I’m not gluten sensitive, and loved the food. Highly recommend the chicken parm with Onion rings.
If you’re searching for a gluten-free food experience that will absolutely blow your mind, this food truck is it. As someone with both celiac and non-celiac family members, it’s a rare and beautiful thing to find a place where everyone leaves happy—and in this case, downright ecstatic.
Every item we tried and are looking forward to trying—burgers, fries, chicken strips, corn dogs, and even the funnel cake—was not just good for gluten-free standards; it was amazing by any standard. The flavors were bold, the textures perfect, and there wasn’t even the faintest trace of that dry or crumbly feel gluten-free food can sometimes have.
My wife who has, who has celiac disease, couldn’t stop raving about it. She commented on how it felt like she was enjoying “normal” food again, without the stress or worry of cross-contamination. Meanwhile, my daughter and I, who don’t have gluten sensitivities, were equally impressed—honestly, we forgot we were eating gluten-free because everything was just that good.
This food truck has achieved what so many strive for: it brings everyone to the same table. Whether you have dietary restrictions or not, you’re in for an incredible meal. I can’t recommend it enough.
We will be back soon and often.
