Soda Tsunami - Idaho Falls

we found ants in our drinks (we checked to find peach rings that they forgot to give us). super disgusting. I gave two stars because they have some good drinks on the menu but I will never trust it again ??

So much better than swig!!!!! Got the exact same drink at both places, soda tsunami was like a flavor explosion, swigs tasted like barely flavored soda water. Awkward. There are advantages to not being a big chain

The drinks are good but are 70% ice cubes.

I just stopped by to grab a drink, and the owners daughter helped me recreate a drink I had the last time I went, months ago. She was very helpful and friendly, and helped me brainstorm what would be good in my drink!(which came out beautifully, btw) Will definitely be going back!

Best drinks and best service! The girl working there right now (4/28/24 at 2pm) was super sweet and the drinks she recommended were super delicious! She deserves all the 5 star ratings. I have always loved coming here and they introduced me to my absolute favorite drink order a few years ago.

Drinks are good and comparable to Pick Me Up, with more options. However, that does not negate the terrible service that seems to be more common than not. Multiple times over the years I have had to wait at the window for several minutes with no one showing up at all or several minutes of waiting. Some times when someone does finally arrive, the staff have been short and rude, like my business is an inconvenience to them. I've finally had enough, and will no longer be giving them my business if they don't want it. Again no one arrived at the window after waiting several minutes. When you call their number listed, the first time rang until disconnected and the second time someone just ignored the call. If there is an issue with the number or hours, you need to update them. Or you can get employees who care to do their job.

Excellent variety of drinks. The staff is always friendly. Mic, the lady who runs our local shop, is extremely kind and supports local events like the Farmers Market, Cars & Coffee, etc. Highly recommend stopping for a beverage.

Usually I love going here, but went today, the sign said open and no one was there. Waited about 15 minutes just to make sure and than ended up leaving.

Absolutely loved the variety of options, any flavor imagined! Employee so so kind and helpful ! . She made me an incredible blended mocha was fluffy and flavorful ?YUM!! Thank you!

This review is specifically in regards to the bubble tea/boba. It had no flavor in it at all... It was just a cup of what tasted like skim milk with a few popping bubbles. I debated asking for more flavor, but the walk up window was closed and the lady working the drive thru was talking to her friend that had parked in front of the drive thru window...I waited about 10 mins and then just decided to throw it away.

I'm sure other items there are just fine, the menu has lots of options... Just don't get the boba drinks here.

I really dont like leaving bad reviews. I ordered 2 brookies with m&ms. I got one that was peanut butter. I have also ordered my sodas many times in the last 2 years, to be made a certain way and I have always appreciated it. This time, they didnt and wouldn't. They left a note on the cup that said what I asked for, couldn't be done. This has been my sunday stop off and on for 2 years but I'll pass for now
