Starbucks in Idaho Falls

“Seriously amazing customer service and they know how to make a great drink! One of the best Starbucks drinks I have had! Loved visiting this Starbucks location. The two ladies were wonderful and the gentleman had a perfect recommendation and he made the drink perfectly! Would come here again!“

“Visit frequently. The staff is very friendly, fast and care about their service they provide to their customers. I order the White chocolate mocha hot and it is always the way I like it. Thank you for the cleanliness. And thank you to all that work there for being so professional.“

“I'm not a coffee drinker so I'm not the best person to review Starbucks. I love their pastries and cocoa. The service is usually pretty good and they have wi-fi, which is nice. I've heard mixed reviews on their coffee. Some friends say it's the best, some say it's no better than McDonald's. I love the atmosphere.“

“Nice new location. I have a couple drinks I like, and they have always been pretty good. Accommodating for taking the eggs off my sandwich. Nice set of staff, and so far haven't had any troubles with food or drink. Wasn't a wait in the drive through, nice and quick!“

“Starbucks is overrated, but I love their cheese Danish. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I had an amazing guy who would make me salted caramel hot chocolate exactly how I like it! Since he left, I switched to Dutch Brothers. I prefer their salted caramel hot chocolate. The thing I love about Starbucks the most though is that they pay for their employees college education. Kudos for that!!!

Vegetarian options: You can get almond milk, or soy milk. Not sure if they have oat milk.

Parking: They don't have a lot of parking but most use the drive through anyway.

Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant, so I use almond milk there but they do have other options.“

“My experience at this particular Starbucks was beyond exceptional. It was very clean and well organized. But most importantly, the customer service was excellent!! Aliana was our barista and I could tell she is very experienced and deserves a raise for how helpful and personable she was.“
