I usually go to Dutch Bros. I think the coffee is better. I got a sandwich and the food is usually good. I know they are pretty made and warmed sandwiches. But the ham and cheese baguette I ordered was a mess. Still good just could have been a little better put together.

A coworker ordered on DoorDash a couple of drinks and they both came incorrect. When I called to see how to fix it and they asked the name on the order the lady who answered goes “oh the long order” it was only two drinks. If it shows up long it is because there are multiple options most of which are required to place the order. She then proceeds to tell me to go through DoorDash for a refund. When I tell her they were only going to issue a $5 refund she said that is out of her control. I understood that, but again no resolution for the drinks being incorrect. So I proceed to ask her if I take the drink in and show her it is incorrect if they will fix it, she said yes. Why was this not just offered from the beginning?? So rude and inconsiderate. Probably will be sticking to the coffee shop across from them for now on.

I only stopped in here to get water, tea, and use the wifi, and of-course, as usual, my dead simple order is wrong (it's 2 words, people). Plus, the wifi is slow af and I'm the only customer here. And the toilet didn't flush, I had to stick my hand in the tank to flush it. And friggin' flies in there getting all up in my face, ugh.

The whole crew completely ignored everyone in the store waiting to order and/or for their orders. They kept stopping on making the waiting orders and delivery orders to make the drive thru orders. I waited for 20min before my order was even done.
