I always love my drinks but that eggnog latte was sooo gross I had all my coworkers try it too and none of the liked it. It tastes like bubblegum medicine . Really really disappointed. ☹️
Worse experience ever I go every morning to get my coffee here an this time I decide to do a out meal shake in espresso but hot I mention this to the barista when I order it and that I wanted something strong the venti usually comes with 4 shoots of coffee very disappointed that I didn’t even taste like coffee I went back to ask nicely if they could fix it I got the dirty looks and they were rude, they didn’t even call my name when my coffee was ready I was a happy costume for almost 10 years not coming back again
I usually don’t mind paying a little extra for good coffee, but this Starbucks has taken “expensive” to a whole new level. Prices keep going up, portions feel smaller, and nothing about the experience justifies what they charge. By the time you walk out with a basic drink and maybe a snack, you’re basically paying sit-down restaurant prices for something that takes 30 seconds to make.
The coffee is fine, but definitely not that fine. For what they’re charging now, I expect something better than average quality and a cup that’s actually filled. Definitely not worth the cost anymore.
This place has the best customer service! And the drinks are made with love.

The manager Dennis at this location is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Definitely adding this location to my morning stop.

My experience at this particular Starbucks was beyond exceptional. It was very clean and well organized. But most importantly, the customer service was excellent!! Aliana was our barista and I could tell she is very experienced and deserves a raise for how helpful and personable she was.

Not the first time it’s been like this.. won’t be back.. Ordered through DT a soy latte “warm” because if you take soy to too high of a temp, it scorches it and makes the latte taste bad.. DT window girl hands me my food and then my drink.. I tell her “oh, this is hot” and she suggests a coffee collar.. bless her heart it occurs to me she thinks it’s too hot to hold (which it is actually burning my hand) but I explain that I ordered it warm. She tells me they can’t make it warm and then offers the collar again, offers a double cup, and offers to add ice to my drink. I tell her it’s made wrong and that’s what I am trying to say. As a former barista, I realize that I am killing their window time by having this conversation at the window so I tell her I’ll come in to have it remade. When I come in, no one acknowledges that I have walked in. The Mobile order barista, Krystal, is super rude.. slamming stuff all around.. Tells me it will be a minute to remake my drink. I try to tell her what happened at the window and she tells “I didn’t make the drink.” She then adds that they can’t control the temp of the water… I ask, “…but can’t you see the temp of the milk?” She says that they can, but not the water… well, honey, a latte is 90% milk so I’m not sure what part of this is hard… but I don’t say anything… No apology, no “make-it-right,” nothing.. what is supposed to be a little morning treat turned into being treated like shit for wanting what I paid for.. she deprioritized my remake over two mobile orders.. then finally starts on it.. doesn’t sequence the milk first so my shots are dead. This must be the home of the worst baristas in town. From now on, I’ll just drive the extra 10 minutes Jennie Lee and 17th where they actually know what they are doing..

The costumer service can be better I ordered a coffee at the Window because I forgot an extra coffee and this goth purple haired girl sight when I ordered it at the Window she can do better and at least be polite and not make faces when handling orders.. and I still tip her even if I shouldn’t..

This is by far my favorite Starbucks to visit. The supervisors are amazing and the staff is equally as pleasurable. They genuinely are happy to help and appear to be happy to be at work. I will pass other stores in the area to come to the Utah store.

I am not a fan of this location. The drive up is odd. The staff seemed very annoyed when though I gave more then quoted time for pick up and also my drink was barely half full. Terrible location. Good thing I do not live here I would avoid this location.

Awful service! I was very clear on my order! When I received the food it was wrong! Stop unpacking your food! Not everyone wants your hands on their food! The order was wrong and by the time I got the refund 15 minutes later my grilled cheese was cold! I will never stop at this awful location again! Very poor service and management!
