When i usually get the iced matcha latte it NEVER has straight matcha floatin around in it. It tasted very bitter. I paid nearly 8 freakin dollars for it.

Horrible/nasty mocha latte, wish I could give zero stars.

Typical Starbucks. Great customer service. Clean interior. For the food being frozen and reheated it is pretty good.

Parking: Location can be tricky to get in and out of. Parking spaces are limited.

Parking: At times can be difficult to find parking, do too how much traffic flows in and out of the drive thru.

The coffee is good, my only complaint is they ask for tips when you go through the drive through. The person says "are you going to tip?" I am only ordering one drink in a drive through. Their behavior just seems greedy to me. I tip only for table service. So I am not returning to this location.

I just left this location after buying a vanilla frappachino and a cake pop and i was NOT impressed by the customer service. to start this off, i was unsure about how much momey i had in my account (that i dont have access to as i am a minor) so i called my step mom and asked her, she said i had around 39 dollars in my account PLENTY for starbucks right? i went to the drive through and by the way, i waited like 5 minutes for my order to be taken even though it was clear that they were not busy. they took my order like always and i went up to pay the 10 dollars. i had to wait for the people in front of me which was expected, but when i got up there, i was greeted by a black woman with a lavander scrunchie in her hair ( i swear to god i am not racist she was fairly nice is the begining) she asks me for my card and i hand it to her and i give her a one dollar tip because i always tip even if im low on money since people think they should get tips for doing a job they are already being paid to do. and OF COURSE, my card declines. im like okay, thats fine i hand her 5 dollars in cash and my cashapp card that I KNOW has 7 dollars on it. suddenly shes not as nice to me. but since i know i have more money on that card and i dont use it often, i give her a 2 dollar tip. after i press it, she looks at the screen with a dirty look and basically throws my card at me and closes the window for a second before she hands me my drink. i apologize for the inconvienience even though i still paid for it AND gave a tip considering how rude she was. she ignored me and asked if i wanted a reciept i said "no thank you" and she slams the damn window. no "have a nice day" or "thank you for coming". it left me very upset and wondering what i had done to anger her so much as i have self esteem issues and other mental problems. i did not feel welcomed and i am NOT returning to this store until thsi young lady is dealt with properly. i had dont nothing wrong and TRUST ME, i work in the food industry and customer service industry, THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A KIND AND RETURNING CUSTOMER!!! and if you are reading this, please be kinder to your customers, you wont get anywhere with that attitude and rudeness.

I went in on Memorial Day, and the employees were still super nice! Literally, the guy at the desk helped me find something I would like, and was super nice! My drink, a pineapple lemonade refresher, was AMAZING! Also, the store was really clean.

This is a great Starbucks for working on projects with a laptop. I brought my laptop here and ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and I enjoyed it. The atmosphere was great and the drink was also incredible.

As a near-daily Sbx habituant for over a decade and a half, I want to commend this store. The management and the staff of this 17th St. store are consistently top notch. The store is always clean, the baristas friendly, the orders consistently come out correct, the drive through is fast, the parking is ample, the bathrooms are clean, the food is fresh, the coffee is delicious, the walkways are always kept clear of snow and ice in winter months, there is ample seating, and the regulars here seem to be a good bunch of people.I am always greeted when I arrive, and made to feel great about enjoying a daily cup of coffee here. It's a great place to be a regular.I also want to give 5 stars for how the staff here tries to continue providing an excellent, customer experience, while abiding by recent and restrictive Starbucks corporate policies which do the opposite. If reviews carry any weight, and the ID DM or Sbx corporate ever lays eyes on this review, PLEASE return the customer comfort items like straws, napkins, hot sleeves, and stoppers to the customer area. $5 is more than enough to produce a cup of coffee, bank a nice profit, AND provide a straw, or a napkin. I'm not bothering a barista for the 'interaction', and I couldn't care less about turtles when the Sbx cups aren't even recyclable themselves.I will miss this store when I move, the friendly baristas here, and Russ, who is likely the greatest Starbucks manager at the entire company.Thank you 17th Starbucks for the many years of reliably starting my day with a dose of happy-bean-juice. You've been my favorite 3rd place in Eastern Idaho, and I don't have one complaint about this store and the way it has treated me for the past 9 years.
