Seriously amazing customer service and they know how to make a great drink! One of the best Starbucks drinks I have had! Loved visiting this Starbucks location. The two ladies were wonderful and the gentleman had a perfect recommendation and he made the drink perfectly! Would come here again!

Very disappointed ☹️. I ordered a venti shaken espresso. When it was handed to me. It was only approximately 2/3 of the way full. When I questioned the server. She told me that is how it comes out and the foam at the top was filling up the space. I told her it's always been full when I've ordered it many times before. She could fix it by adding more ice or milk. I asked for coffee to fill. That wasn't one of the choices she gave me. So, she filled it with ice and more milk. Then I asked for a straw and she argued with me that it was a sippy cup and you don't need a straw. I was amazed at the horrible service I was given. Honestly it appeared that they made a grande size shaken espresso by mistake and put it in a venti size cup with some extra ice. Very disappointed! Whoever that was that waited on me at the drive- thru Wednesday July 10 around 10 am, needs to find another job. I'm very irritated that I spend $5+ on a drink and I don't actually get what was ordered.
