We ordered 2 subs. Both were absolutely wrong. How hard is it to follow an online order!!!!!!
This subway on 17th is really convenient and they make the best sandwiches. Love the kind employees there. They are the reason I chose this location.

Went through the drive-through and it took forever for us to get our food. It was not busy and I only ordered two sandwiches. When I got home my wife’s sandwich was okay but mine was cold and soggy, like water was dumped on it. See attached pictures. Subway is normally fine but don’t go through the 17th St Subway’s drive through!

If I could give zero stars I would. Their app is a joke. Don't order curbside as it apparently doesn't notify them that you've arrived. I sat there patiently waiting, and finally went inside to find a girl sitting there while a coworker was working the drive thru. I inquired about my curbside, and she proceeded to tell me she didn't know if it was ready, and then walked over to the rack at the side and pulled it off and slung it at me and said "we weren't notified that anyone was here". The sandwich had apparently been prepared when I placed my order at 10:14 and stuck on the rack and forgotten about. Mind you, the order was to be toasted, and was to be ready for pick up at 10:30. The sandwich was a hot mess, which is an oxymoron, because it was STONE COLD. Limp, soggy, barely toasted if at all, on the wrong bread, over salted and over peppered- and the worst excuse for a sandwich that I have ever overpaid for! And it came with a side of attitude at that. It was not busy, so there is ZERO excuse for this. And the girl telling me she was doing inventory...that isn't an excuse for poor customer service.
I was met with bad service and food I did not order. Which is werid. I order what I normal get and got met with a wrap. I order the same thing at a different subway and got what I normally get. I get a flatbread sandwich BLT with cheese and extra veggies. Today I got met with a wrap and the price being higher and less food on my sandwich. Highly upset and want yo speak to leave the service poorly. I am just upset for spending 9.99 ( which is not the price of the blt) for basically a 6 in sub.

Very slow. They didn't even ask what I wanted on my sandwich. I told them number 10. That's great.. but didn't ask about the extra stuff..peppers, what kind of cheese, sauce.. went right off the menu.
They also keep the lid up so u can't watch them make a sandwich.
Very slow.
Both workers acted like they didn't want to be there.
I'll use the other subway across town in ammon or shelley.
17th street service is terrible.

Came to get sandwiches today & was met with a very disrespectful, impatient, & condescending attitude from the woman behind the counter with red hair. She rushed us through the whole process acting like she didn’t care to have us there (there were no other customers besides one who was already checking out.) & when I asked for pepperoni & guacamole at the end before she cut my sandwich she let out an audible sigh, rolled her eyes, & complained that it was too late & that she would not be adding the guac to my sandwich. As a former Subway employee I would’ve just let it go, had the “the customer is always right” attitude & not made a big fuss making the customer feel bad for requesting something that could’ve easily been done.
