Came into subway Monday and had this wonderful gentlemen serve me. He helped a lot, followed directions good, and was talking very nicely. His name tag I believe said Saywer and made my service a lot better.

$14 for this… so freakin bummed….. tried to add a picture but couldn’t. Ordered a protein bowl. Sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Added spinach lettuce onions tomatoes green peppers, banana peppers etc etc and it BARELY covered the bottom. ANDDDDD I TIPPED $2.

Silver Star-Burst

I came in tonight and bought a footlong to split in 3rds. The young girl that made it stacked all the cheese in one solid pile. I asked for “easy lettuce” and she put a salad on it. She put so much oil and vinegar on it that the toppings kept sliding off while I was trying to eat my portion. Worst, I had her cut it in 3rds and she basically cut it in half and then cut one half in half again.

I had avoided coming in for a few weeks because the last time I was in the young girl behind the counter used a knife covered in mustard and who knows what else to fold and cut my sandwich: a sandwich I had asked her only mere seconds before not to cut at all. She didn’t rinse the knife before using it. I’m quite disappointed in this location of late. Might have to go to the one on Channing instead for a while.

Online orderers beware! Went in for a couple sandwiches and while they were being made, we saw a long hair on a sandwich being made for an online order. We pointed it out and the 2 girls working at the time didn't seem to believe us or know what we were talking about, despite it being extremely clear to see. The girl who was working on that sandwich removed the bacon that the hair was on and didn't seem to know what to do. She asked the other employee if she should just remake the bacon or if she needed to throw out the whole sandwich. They ended up just redoing the bacon and packing it up. So whoever that sandwich was made for, I hope there weren't any other hairs in it or anything. Be careful ordering online from this particular location!

If I could go 0 stars I would. Did an online order to pick up. Got there 5 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. Got told they don’t even pay attention to online orders if there are customers in the store. Proceeded to wait 15 minutes for them to start our order. Then they proceeded to mess up something on all 5 sandwiches. Horrible customer service and unable to read directions for sandwiches as well. Left a tip I wish I could take off when I ordered.

I'm sorry to say that the subway in Ammon has gotten so bad. They actually count out the olive pickles, etc. To only 3 each. If you want more, you have to pay extra. Will not be going back there. The staff was not friendly at all. 🤯 The atmosphere was horrible. We took our food and left.

I don't see why this location has less than 4 stars. I've been here twice this week, the store is kept clean. The associates were both times friendly and helpful. Took pride in their work and delivered service with a smile and a good attitude. There was no one else in line. I recommend this location.
