I ordered my sandwich through the driv thru and the way I like it, not necessarily one promoted on the take out board. I asked for extra sauce, and told them I really don't like a dry sandwich. I get all the way home to sit down unwrap mt sandwich and the first thing I noticed was half my sandwich was wrapped in the wrapper and not on my sandwich so ok dome assembly required whatever, then I start eating and literally notice how dry it is, open it up to see maybe a squirt of sauce in the middle of the bread. Ugh so annoying when all you think about is a sandwich for dinner just to have it ruined in the end. And how are we supposed to handle being dissatisfied? Call the store and tell the people who made it what happened for nothing to be done about it in the end? $12 waste in an economy where every $ matters. I'll just not go back.

Ordered online for the family when we got home with our meals all our toppings were different then ordered. My 12 inch sub was suppose to be a sweet onion teriyaki ..it was chicken with garlic ranch mayo and pickles jalapeños. Been here before with no issues but this time everyone had toppings that weren't suppose to be there and missing other toppings out of 5 sandwiches only 1 was made correctly.

I went in earlier today and had an amazing experience from Milo Mcurdy and Irving Lozaya. They are great hard workers and need a raise! They were very respectful and were cooperative the whole time! If you come in make sure to be catered by either one of them. Leave a good tip for them as well!

I order two foot long sandwichs from doordash, which i got ultimate bmt, and the beast and both of them had hair and or clumps of hair while eating the food, I dont believe this store is doing any of the food safety protocols

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband bought me Rotisserie-Style Chicken, and when he got home we realized that they hadn't put chicken in it. My husband went back to the store and told the same guy who had made it saying: Sorry but you didn't put chicken in it and the employee told him that he wasn't going to make him a new one and that if he wanted chicken he had to pay for it. My husband showed him the receipt and he didn't even care...
