If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband bought me Rotisserie-Style Chicken, and when he got home we realized that they hadn't put chicken in it. My husband went back to the store and told the same guy who had made it saying: Sorry but you didn't put chicken in it and the employee told him that he wasn't going to make him a new one and that if he wanted chicken he had to pay for it. My husband showed him the receipt and he didn't even care...

Wow, incredibly disappointed. Ordered a Philly sub and I am not sure what I got. Was it even meat or bread colored to look like meat?? I don't know!?!? If it was meat, there wasn't enough to feed a staving dog.

If you are hungry and are looking for bread and mayonnaise only, this is your place. For me, never again and I will be sure to let all my friends know the quality of food from Subway, Broadway, Idaho Falls.

Someone stole my to go order and they refused to remake it. Had to call the manager and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Don't go here unless you want your money and food stolen and have to deal with the worst management/employees.

Staff overwhelmed. Matt recommended I go to Walmart for a sandwich because they were almost out of bread. They clearly had at least 7 of wheat and 5 of white left. I felt like I had to talk him into making me a sandwich. I can understand feeling overwhelmed in a customer service job like this... But .... Shouldn't let customers see this if possible.

My wife and I ordered on the app for curbside. Said it would be done at 6:35 pm. No problem. I get there and I hit the I am here button. Several minutes later no one has come out with our food. So I go inside and they tell me they're still working on one more sandwich. I said on app it says it's done and they said they have no idea why it tells us it's done. I get home and my sandwich is wrong and super stingy on the meat and toppings. We won't be back.

The bread was day or two old! Portions suck! Out of olives! Was told because it wasn't preped! If I owned this store I would fire the manager and hire someone who gave a dam about the store, employees, profit and loss and for the ? Money a total disaster! People just don't care or take pride in the customers they serve! Any excuse is BULLCRAP! WILL CONTACT CORPORATE AND GET SOME RESOLVE! THE PUBLIC SPENDS HARD EARNED CASH FOR A SIMPLE SANDWICH ? OVERPRICED AND SEE A TOTAL FAILURE!

The food is excellent but the management sucks. Mangers refuse to come in and cover shifts because they are way to busy drinking and then get upset when things don't get done. I have several friends that have worked here and the owner refuses to give them a raise because he is a Penney pincher. You should be paying your employees a minimum of 10 an hour. But I do wanna acknowledge one of there subway artists me and my family came in and he was nothing but kind and professional. He was working over 100 hours on very little sleep but he didn't let that stop him from delivering absolutely some of the best customer service I have ever seen at this place. I hope he will get recognized for this. He went above and beyond.

I always get subway, especially from the broadway store cause they always do it the best. i bought two foot longs, both of them were messed up; wrong sauces, toppings, etc. and i called the store and the lady on the phone was incredibly rude. told me “well we were busy and we are gonna close “ which they weren’t supposed to close for another hour after my call. which i get but in the same sense; i paid for two sandwiches and got neither that i paid for. than reached out to see if i could have something done about it cause i paid for something specific and i got the exact opposite and the gal on the phone was incredibly rude. really disappointed cause i always go here :/
