We were in there yesterday, the manager in there was great! They were really busy, but she got taken care of, and was very helpful and friendly.

I placed an order online and got a notification saying it was ready for pickup. I drove over right away, only to be told when I arrived that they were just starting to make it. What’s the point of giving a “ready” notification if it isn’t actually ready? Wasted my time standing around waiting for something that should’ve already been done. And why are the foot longs so small if I’m spending 25 bucks on to i expect more then just the bread. What is wrong with you guys.

They should have you park after taking your drive thru order, then bring the food out. The drive thru is too short. Seems like the owner is being cheap because the tape on one menu and yellow glass on the other.

They burnt my food and thought oh its fine! It’s hard as a rock but who cares!

It was an okay place and they were really friendly and nice. Went on a day someone was training and I understand because he’s training. Other than my order being slow everything was awesome even the bathroom was clean and the lobby.

Have to wait 20 minutes in the drive through for 3 sandwiches just to get home and they aren't even close to being right.

Thanks for writing everything down and doing it completely wrong. Also, waiting 15 to even to no one inside. Must have inconvenienced you. With another just playing with pens in a basket. Never go in this drive thru. Go inside.maybe the experience is different.

Placed a special order on the app and after making the payment I noticed it had reverted back to original sandwich settings. Mary was super nice and remade my sandwich how I had originally ordered it. She went above and beyond my expectations today. Thank you so much!!!

I would really like it if the staff would greet me at the counter instead of awkwardly staring at me from behind the counter and saying nothing. The sandwhiches themselves were great, but maybe train your staff be to be a little bit more friendly. Very clean, great soda.
