Have to wait 20 minutes in the drive through for 3 sandwiches just to get home and they aren't even close to being right.

Thanks for writing everything down and doing it completely wrong. Also, waiting 15 to even to no one inside. Must have inconvenienced you. With another just playing with pens in a basket. Never go in this drive thru. Go inside.maybe the experience is different.

Placed a special order on the app and after making the payment I noticed it had reverted back to original sandwich settings. Mary was super nice and remade my sandwich how I had originally ordered it. She went above and beyond my expectations today. Thank you so much!!!

Came in at 10:04 PM. (Well wife) we got fresh vegetables, meats and they took care of us. We rarely eat out. Thank you guys!!! 🫶

I would really like it if the staff would greet me at the counter instead of awkwardly staring at me from behind the counter and saying nothing. The sandwhiches themselves were great, but maybe train your staff be to be a little bit more friendly. Very clean, great soda.

I went in with a bigger order 5 sandwiches they seemed upset and made me feel like a bother the one last made the food very sloppy didn't label any of the sandwiches won't return completely felt like I was a nucence

We had a "last/minute" family get together in Arco and needed to feed a group. I called 1 location that said they no longer made a party sub but I decided to call the Woodruff location. OMG, I'm so glad I did. Mary called the manager (I think his name is Mike) and they made it happen!! To top it off it was super yummy!!! We sure do appreciate you guys & we know which subway we will eat at!!!

0 ⭐Unacceptable Experience - Cockroach in Sandwich!I am writing to express my disgust and disappointment with a visit to Subway earlier tonight May, 22, 2024. My daughter-in-law ordered a sandwich and was horrified as she was eating to find a COCKROACH inside! Can you imagine biting into a sandwich and finding a live insect?!The experience was not only unsettling, but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store. We immediately brought it to the attention of the staff, who seemed apologetic, and offered to replace the food.... No!! They seemed a bit reluctant to give a refund but they did give us one.Needless to say, we will not be returning to this Subway location again and would caution others to be vigilant when ordering food from this establishment.Subway, you need to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that your customers receive the quality and standards they expect from your brand!

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Me, my mom, my brother, and my boyfriend went here and we got some sandwiches to go. We got home and I started eating cockroach 1/2 of my sandwich and I was holding in my left hand, I saw this little half of a cockroach sitting right between my pointer finger and my thumb. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Wow. What a joke! My pregnant wife specifically ordered at TOASTED sandwich and I get home with an untosted sandwich. Not safe for a pregnant wife to eat lunch meat along with the flat bread that is required to be tosted too. Way to go to the teenagers of this world. You guys do a bad job!
