They should not have a Flying J employee try to “help” in the Subway, because her attitude was crazy and while the subway employee was trying to help another customer assuming the Flying J employee would help her, the Flying J employee tells the Subway one to ring me up while she finishes something else instead, like I can wait, let the subway employee finish with the customer she started with. I understand if they’re understaffed I can wait, but the Flying J employee or manager I’m not sure, was not making the process easier jumping around starting orders and then trying to ring people up but not knowing how to. At that point just go back to Flying J duties, the jumping around is not helping the line move faster especially when she can’t even finish a transaction.

Litterally out of 3 main items, first it was meatballs, then chicken salad, and then tortillas. If that was not bad enough the two ladies working could barely take the time away from flirting with the male (who was making himself a salad togo) to take our order. Definitely go to either Loves or Conoco if you want food and gas.

Went in with my parents as they ordered their food I stood patiently waiting for them to ask me about my order, my dad said he was waiting to pay cause he was also paying for mine, both employees just stared at me and both hesitated on making my order. I was not rude or anything like that I was just patiently waiting for them to ask me what I would like. Kinda disappointed with the service.

I frequently grab a Subway because of the freshness. This Subway is inside the Flying J Truck Stop. The area was clean. I’ve seen Subways with much fresher food! The cheese looked like leather. If the young man can learn how to “speak up” it would alleviate a lot of confusion and aggravation. We’re glad the gal came out to help. The visit was fine once we got past not being able to hear anything the young man was saying. When he was making my grandsons sandwich. It had roast beef on it when my grandson said, oh ham please. The young man just grabbed the roast beef off the bread and threw it back in the container of roast beef. WARNING-IF YOUR CELIAC DONT EAT HERE. Not the freshest spread of food but it wasn’t horrible!! I would stop again!PS-unfortunately once we got on the road I opened my sandwich to eat it. The bread was dry, I tried breaking off the crunchy bread on top but now it’s just a mess??♀️

After waiting 20 minutes watching four people confused with life behind the counter my sandwich which was on bread I didn’t want due to their lack of preparation made it to the vegetable station, only to find out they had no vegetables ready. I mentioned I would wait patiently while they got some from which I confirmed stock in the back, they replied with laughter and a smart remark. I told them to keep the sandwich and walked out hungry , mad, and here’s an accurate review of this establishment.
