They put in very small amounts of ingredients, and even after being asked, they can't add any more.
I had a very bad experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, the employee at the counter was rude and unprofessional, he spitted at me when I entered. Then, he started whispering bad stuff about me. When I asked if my sandwich could be cut in half, he told me Subway no longer does that. Later, when I asked for napkins, he responded in a very rude tone and said they were right behind me. When I asked for his name, he mocked me by repeating what I said. Due to this disrespectful behavior, I will not be returning to this location

Simply takes 30 min to order. Had enployee make her own sandwich eat it right in front of me. Made me even more hungry yet didnt feel like tipping due to feeling teased and made to wait. Simply very rude place.

Horrible service. Was ignored for 10 minutes guy litterally saw me didnt say anything turned his back to me. Asked if he was working and employee of subway he had uniform on again ignored me and gave me a glare.
Worst subway i have ever been to driven east to west coast. Been to every single one in idaho this one is absolutly waste of time. Simply dont support them. They dont know how to do business.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent customer service. Rylen and Devlin were amazing! I’ll definitely come back.

It's true. The place gets a bit busy. It takes time to tend to each customer but the 2 young men helping me were nothing but patient, sweet, kind and going out of their way to get me my discount and make the gift cards work. Sometimes the wait is worth it. And the cookies! Yum! Get the deal for 6🤩Thanks for the great lunch😘

They should not have a Flying J employee try to “help” in the Subway, because her attitude was crazy and while the subway employee was trying to help another customer assuming the Flying J employee would help her, the Flying J employee tells the Subway one to ring me up while she finishes something else instead, like I can wait, let the subway employee finish with the customer she started with. I understand if they’re understaffed I can wait, but the Flying J employee or manager I’m not sure, was not making the process easier jumping around starting orders and then trying to ring people up but not knowing how to. At that point just go back to Flying J duties, the jumping around is not helping the line move faster especially when she can’t even finish a transaction.

Litterally out of 3 main items, first it was meatballs, then chicken salad, and then tortillas. If that was not bad enough the two ladies working could barely take the time away from flirting with the male (who was making himself a salad togo) to take our order. Definitely go to either Loves or Conoco if you want food and gas.
