Good vibes and a fun, casual atmosphere. Service is usually great. But the best part about Sushi Time is definitely the food! The all you can eat option is an amazing value and includes most of the menu. The rules about leftover food and not sharing with non-all-you-can-eat people are clearly laid out. Most of the time, but not always, I take advantage of the all you can eat. I love it! Always feel like I got my moneys worth and then some. Their sushi tastes fresh and about as good quality as you can get in a small landlocked Idaho city. Very fun and varied menu selection. I really love the jalapeno bomb/popper appetizer, and the nigiri. Especially the Tai (red snapper) nigiri and the Shrek nigiri. The unagi sauce is delicious. They must know this because it’s on a good number of their rolls. If you haven’t done Sushi Time yet, go try it! They’re awesome!

I'm so bummed. I went here last year for my birthday in the evening with a large group. We had wonderful service and several really unique and delicious rolls. I've tried it 3x since and I've been disappointed on all 3 occasions. I realize the lunch menu is not as extensive, but on a lunch visit the place was not even 1/2 full and we had to wait at least 30min to be waited on. The food was no better than grocery store sushi and the service was non-existent. I've tried takeaway twice and I've had incorrect orders, and quite simply the rolls were not good.
Admittedly I'm a bit of a sushi snob, but I do expect a restaurant to have a bigger selection and better quality/taste than what I can get at Sam's Club.
Sushi Time does not meet that standard. I've tried it enough times to know now that I will not be back.

I’m picky on sushi and this place has amazing rolls. Between my husband and I, I tried maybe 5/6 different rolls and every single one was incredible. We had Caitlyn as our waitress and she was amazing as well. Very on top of checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed without overdoing it, every recommendation she had was awesome, she was very kind and super patient with us as well. Overall we had an awesome experience and will definitely be back.

I got the bottomless sushi, but one of the rolls put me off and if u don't finish then you have to pay for it, I finished it and had no desire to have more. Kinda silly policy. Also a lot of stuff had crab paste, and I feel like that's kinda jankey. Kid was screaming too, not the restaurant fault I know, but it happened.

Absolutely gross. Sushi was warm. Salmon especially was stale and slimy. Couldn't even finish 1 piece of our rolls without gagging. Servers barely came around. The atmosphere was awkwardly quiet. If you want sushi, you'll have better luck at a gas station over this place.
