Once again this locaction is super stingy with their sauce. As in they don't give you any at all the majority of the time even if you make absolutely sure to order them. They've also gotten Several orders wrong just in the last month or two(we love taco bell). Ive also found them to be pretty unhelpful/accommodating whether I am coming as a customer or delivery driver, they tend to ignore you, give very curt, short responses and often seemed to be irritated with any questions you have and once walked in to hear them gossiping in a pretty unfriendly manner about delivery drivers after spending a significant amount of time trying to get their attention and to figure out which door was unlocked for deliveries(the main one was locked and the workers said absolutely nothing about it, didn't even know that side door existed but certainly could have saved a lot of time had they given that detail the first time or said anything about where the door was the second time or acknowledged the person making eye contact and waving or stopped gossiping to respond to the person at their kitchen door when they knew a new driver was trying to find their way in to pick up.) I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt restaurants get busy and hectic maybe they're under staffed and there are a few workers that have been friendly and more helpful but these order issues have happened so many times before it's obviously not just a simple mistake and they have no reason to look down their noses at anyone or to be so dismissive of their customers OR drivers, so I think they and the managers there deserve the bad review at this point.

The employees working there dont give a damn my husband ordered the beefy 5 layer burrito see picture..when he went in to express his upset the told him to bad thats what he ordered...never coming here again

We rarely go out for fast food, but we were in a pinch. We've hit Taco Bell about three times this year, this location. Every single time, let me repeat, every single time they get the order wrong. Tonight was no different. We didn't even check before we left the window. We just assumed they would mess it up. We get home, two things missing, and two things are not what we ordered. Typical fast food, but this location has been absolutely 100% wrong on their drive-through orders the last three times. Stay away.

This location really short changes the customer on the portions. My soft tacos didn't have enough in them to even spill out of the tortillas like they usually do at other locations. More empty tortilla for my casadilla than anything with substance, not even the cheese.

They seem to always forget something with your order. The last time we were there, I was missing items, so we stop going. We gave it another change after the new location opened, and I'm missing something from my order.. Maybe I have bad luck when it comes to Taco Bell, but it seems like they miss something every time

Literally every order I have ever gotten from this location has had a problem be that missing food or incorrect ingredient. I don’t expect “quality healthy food” but I do expect to get what I paid for. Idaho falls Taco Bell is the most incompetent fast food restaurant here.
