I came to get a few late night chalupa and they were so cold! I live 2 mins away and when I got home and opened things up, they were refrigerator cold. It was disgusting and I ended up throwing them away. Please do better!

Usually I love to go to Taco Bell but this location was not very satisfying, I am very disappointed in this. We went to this Taco Bell and ordered some Doritos locos tacos and the crunchwrap supreme, the Doritos logo's tacos came and they were slightly broken all of them were slightly cracked and crumbling to the ground and the crunchwrap supreme was slightly cold and not as not very satisfying We also have had ordered some mild sauce made sure to emphasize that we needed lots of it and they gave us no mild sauce I would really appreciate some sort of reconciliation or refund or something but I'm not that kind of person. Anyways the taste of the food in all reality wasn't the worst It was decent food It was just not presented well and handled well, the people were relatively friendly for the most part which is nice they could have spoken a little more clearly but it's not a problem anyways in all reality this place was not the best which is disappointing

This is by far the worst taco bell in Idaho falls. I made a mobile pick up order and went through the drive through and the girl on the headset just told me to go inside but I am mobile in pared and when I tried to explained that it would be hard for me to go inside since it had snowed and their sidewalk was completely covered, but she said you have two options come inside or leave and cancel your order we are busy and I’m not making any exception for anyone. I get that they are busy and maybe short staffed but they could simply turn of their mobile orders and simply be nicer. I will definitely not be going back.

Wheelchair accessibility: The day after it snowed they did not clean the sidewalk and wouldn’t allow me to do a mobile order pick up through the drive through.

No costumer service to take orders, i we t in there today Jan 22 only keyosk orders I'm 65 I won't go back to Taco Bell. I drove down to McDonald's they took my order promptly and with smiles

Missing multiple items and unhygienic crew (update) still the absolute worst. Missing items and super unprofessional. Don't recommend, try a different location. As a seasoned line cook, I blame management.

Just went thru drive thru and ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and got back to work with them. Looks like there were a couple slivers of cheese on both of them. Very disappointed from what they usually serve.

I was yelled at at this location when I told them they forgot something on my order. They said they were unable to help me and that I would have to re enter the drive thru and order again. Do not recommend. Go to the one on south fork blvd instead.

if i could give this taco bell location negative tacos , i would . let’s get started . we walk in theres like 10 ppl in there okay , MAYBE 10 okay . we order , yk a few cutesy tacos and quesadillas . we’re sitting and waiting for 25 minutes and then there’s a bit of a commotion up front . “hmm ?” we wonder “what’s this ?” a worker , not the manager mind you , shouts from the back “if you’re not willing to wait 20 minutes , just go somewhere else” okay purr , very unprofessional . the ppl who had ordered in front of us and paid in cash just wanted a refund . the employee yelled at them and said she’d get the manager who then proceeded to hide in the back ! okay , yeah no ! the employee then started throwing food up on the counter , no names or numbers called . while all of this is happening , one employee is sitting on break and two others are just standing !! like what ?! more ppl walked in and the employee yelled at them to leave and not bother ordering ? okay sorry ppl want food at a restaurant ? anyway , i love taco bell but this was not it .

I don't know if this is just this specific location or if Taco Bell is training their employees to do this. But when I make an order and they ask me, is sour cream okay with that? It leads people to believe that they are just making sure that you want sour cream with that not at all that it's an add-on. In my personal opinion it's kind of a deceptive business practice. A much better wording would be, would you like to add sour cream to that? Especially when you're adding $0.60 for every single item you order. Aside from that, the food's always good and the employees are great.
