DO NOT EAT HERE!! waited 30 minutes and not a single person got their order. There was 5 people in front of us and none of them got their order. Acouple stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to get helped but no one could bother. Avoid this place at all costs!!

The food was good The service I put one because you don't have service anymore nobody takes your orders it's a kiosk you do yourself and the employee just puts it on the counter calls your name and walks away

My fiancé and I sat in the drive thru for AN HOUR AND A HALF to get to combo meals. They took forever to even get our food order! They were just sitting there not doing anything. The two cars that were in front of us had already been there for 30 minutes. They closed one of the lanes and cars are piling into the entrance blocking people in and out. Not impressed and this isn’t the first time that they have been behind on getting orders out! Very unprofessional for workers to just be sitting there and not helping. I used to work in the food industry and even worked at tacobell NEVER DID WE HAVE A CAR SIT FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF

The service here is terrible. There were three visible employees. One walked into the food prep area, looked me dead in the eye, and kept on walking. Walked by again, made eye contact, and kept walking. He could have been busy, no problem, BUT he didn't tell the co-worker directly next to him someone was up front. The drive through employee was stocking hot sauce. Im assuming front counter isn't his job because he walked right by, said hello and proceeded onto the service floor to get hot sauce containers. After he picked up the containers he walked by me again to fill more hot sauce. He also didn't tell the last visible employee someone was up front. Finally after five minutes, the woman, who was in my direct line of sight the entire time noticed me. She shouted, "Can someone help that woman up front!?" The drive through employee, who's hands were in a sanitizer bucket started to help me. I told him I needed my pick up order. He took his soaking wet hand, picked up the bag, and handed it to me. The employees I'm sure, have great potential, but they lack great training. We pay for food, and expect to be served and acknowledged. I was truly appalled. I know it sucks being in the middle of stocking and clean-up but this was ridiculous. I'm sorry I was such an inconvenience at a job you're being paid to do.

I ordered a cheesy fiesta potato with EXTRA nacho cheese, and a Nacho Belle Grande with EXTRA nacho cheese, and got NONE IN BOTH. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE Y'ALL SCREWED UP BOTH MY ITEMS WHEN IT WAS SO DAMN SIMPLE?! Especially the fiesta potato?? THATS ALREADY SUPPOSED TO HAVE CHEESE SO HOW IS THERE NONE???? This place is a joke. Every time I go here it's bullshit and my stuff is always wrong. No one should waste there money at this Taco Bell. Just go to the one on 25th.
