Giving 1 star due to every single time me and my husband get a DoorDash order to deliver from here it’s always a half hour plus at the very least we could have the tiniest order to grab from here and yet still 30 plus minutes it’s ridiculous

Stood inside for ten minutes, nobody came to counter to help me. Went outside got in car went to drive through, told them they didn't have anyone at counter! Hashtag I hate the drive through.

Went through the drive thur. Pulled up to the window.
My total was thirty one dollars and fifty one cents. The girl at the window refused to take my 51 cents. Because she didn't want to deal with having to open up the drawer back open to put the change she had in her hand back. She looked literally confused on. I don't know how to do this now. That I have the change from the computer. To Tell me how much to give back to the customer.

They are on the mark with Vegan options. I got into town late, and they were still open, yes! They hit the order on the money, and had great, timely service. 10 outa 10, would recommend.

I am not lying when I say they get my order wrong every single time. Every time without fail lol
I guess the personal service and interaction is a thing of the past. This was our first trip to this Taco Bell. An employee was standing behind the mobile and delivery pickup kiosk which is located exactly next to the register. That’s right, the register that should be used to take and order. It even had a screen for an employee… the employee standing near by to take our order.
We asked the employee a question regarding a meal, saying nothing, she walked back to the kitchen for a minute. After returning, she pointed at the self serve kiosk and said, “you order on there.” We didn’t even get our question answered.
Crap. Just crap service. …. No service. I deserve 5 stars for placing my own order on a kiosk with an employee standing by watching. 0 stars for Taco Bell.

What has happened to Taco Bell lately? It feels like every location has gone downhill.
I placed a mobile order for four breakfast burritos and sent my coworker to pick them up since I was busy at work yesterday. She came back and told me they ran out of eggs because the customer before her placed a huge order, and I’d need to come back in 15 minutes. I was frustrated, especially because mobile orders should be prioritized and ready for pickup. I went back anyway to pick up the food I had already paid for about 15 minutes later.
When I arrived, the drive-thru line was packed, so I went inside hoping my order was waiting on the shelf. Instead, the employee told me my food still wasn’t ready and that I’d be “better off going through the drive-thru” because they prioritize drive-thru first. That comment said it all: as a mobile order customer, I wasn’t a priority. They already had my money, so my experience didn’t matter.
I’ve worked in fast food before—I know there has to be a balance between drive-thru, dine-in, and mobile orders. But when mobile ordering was introduced, it was supposed to be the priority. Ignoring those orders just leaves paying customers frustrated.
Taco Bell needs to figure this out—whether it’s paying employees better, holding them to higher standards, or both. Because right now, the employees are dragging down the customer experience and, ultimately, the brand.

Waited for an hour watched 20 people order and just walk out without their food. Just ridiculous they made about 50 drive thru orders while many of us just sat or left waiting for our food.

Slow, slow, slow. Worst parking lot layout in the world too. Drive through line never moves and blocks access to the parking lot when backed up. Folks are all sitting around waiting for simple orders.

(Click on photo to see why we say filthy work place) Why hasn't the health department been called in this place? Whose running this place; a child? This is the most disgusting, and slowest service fast food restaurant our family had ever been to!!!!! 1 hour for food that takes 10 minutes or less to make. I'm sorry to say but this is 100% managements fault!!!! You didn't train anyone here with integrity, honesty, cleanliness, time management, or even basic social skills. Our family feels like we stepped into a third-world-country. All the kids working there have no one to watch them or guide them to strive for excellence! You sir or ma'm are doing these young people a disservice and it's heart breaking! You should be ashamed and fired 100%!!! I have ZERO tolerance for this kind of stuff because its wrong, just plain WRONG! When I seen the floor full of food, counters are nasty, no one washing their hands probably (basic stuff we learn as children) and no one working here knows what to do either. We about threw up after seeing the floors. Look at our post here with the photo! Corporate needs to see this! By the way, the food was disgusting. I know an 8 year old who makes better tacos than this place. Again it's all in the management team (if your want to call it that) that this is happening. I would close this place down for a time being until new management that cares about the workers, can teach proper working habits, and just basic common sense things, oh like hygiene then things would improve. Plus the Health Department needs to get everyone on board to clean this place up and start over. This is a VERY busy place so that's no excuse to be filthy, 1 to 2 hours for food, and the list goes on and on. (Oh for reference in the photo you can see the receipts flowing out line crazy but no one is looking at them. That shouldn't happen)

Employees kept looking at me while I was standing at the counter waiting to pick up a mobile order. Deliberately ignoring me while the 3 of them just sat in the back chatting. Took way longer than it should have just for them to grab me a bag and a couple drinks. Terrible customer service.

Taco used to be great, even late. $3 meals. Best $1 around. Anymore, not so much. Got two steak burritos for almost as much as you'd pay at a sit down restaurant. Paid extra for double meat. I really actually hope they just forgot the double meat because if those four bites of meat are really double and the standard is two, then Taco Hell has fallen even further than I realized.

Dirty restaurant, dirty bathrooms, food took forever to get cooked. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a soft taco. The soft taco was made fine. The chicken quesadilla was 90% cheese, with a little chicken. No sauce, didn’t even slice it. Only ate a couple bites and gave up. Never going back to this store.
