Used to come here several times a year until today I will NEVER spend another cent in this restaurant. I walked in waited by the door for about a minute making eye contact with the waitress and I assume owner or waiter so I figured maybe they want us to walk to them so I did. The guy (normally not the waiter) hands us menus and we proceed to sit down at a booth and that’s when he goes crazy on us for sitting down!!! I guess he thought he could berate two grown men on “waiting to be seated” and “this isn’t a food court”. I honestly took everything I had to not go ballistic on this P.O.S. I talked this place up to my apprentice who never had Thai food before and he ruined it! So I threw my menu and told him we will never be back and let him know how rude he was. I’m Thai myself and for him to treat customers like this is very rude in Thai and American culture I’m just glad I took my self respect and didn’t cause too much of a scene. I highly suggest Krung Thep (which is a way better restaurant) to anybody craving some good Thai food with great service.

The food here is great. I love the orange chicken and fried rice. Their Chinese options are vastly better than the actual dedicated Chinese restaurants around. The reason for 4 stars is because I think there is some shrinkflation going on. I don’t go here super often, but I got the orange chicken for lunch and it seemed like a way smaller amount than in the past. I’m doubt the price has gone down. If anything it may of stayed the same or gone up. I’m not sure, but that was the only negative part of my experience

I would say Thai Kitchen is one of the best restaurants Idaho Falls has to offer! My husband and I were getting ready to go grocery shopping, and rather than playing the dangerous game of shopping on an empty stomach, we went into Thai Kitchen for some dinner beforehand. We both got a Thai tea, and they were absolutely fantastic! You can tell that the tea is homemade, and wasn't that pre-made orange mix you can buy at the stores. We got the fried spring rolls as an appetizer, and they were so crispy and tasty. We couldn't make up our minds when it came to the main entrees, everything looked and sounded so good! We ended up with an order of Orange Chicken, an order of chicken Pad Thai, and a large bowl of chicken Tom Kah soup. The orange chicken sauce was sweet and tangy, and the chicken itself was crispy and delicious. The Tom Kha was hot and fragrant with so much flavour! After that we were stuffed so we took the Pad Thai home, but my husband had a bite of it while we were there and said it was just as good as everything else. So glad we stopped in, and can't wait to visit again!Vegetarian options: You can get any dish here made with tofu as your protein

I think this is quite delicious Thai food and they really do have their sauces and seasonings on point. It is easy to choose an exciting vegetarian dish as they pretty much allow you to build your own curry. I highly recommend the house special peanut curry. Very flavorful. The spring rolls are freshly made and are really basic so most palates will enjoy these. I highly recommend the eggplant dish, it doesnt look great in the photos, but wow what lovely flavors. The interior is very low frills which is kind of sweet and non-assuming but can come across as a little neglected, especially the restroom which is gas station level. There is also a very persistent and annoying door chime that plays an extended electronic tune anytime someone enters or exits... total buzz kill. HOWEVER, I have overlooked these issues because they're food is on point and the prices are fair. The real masterpiece in this restaurant is their fried tempura bananas with coconut ice cream. A total home run! Slightly salty tempura with super cool vegan coconut ice cream. Just Wow!Vegetarian options: You can build your own dishes to suit dietary needsParking: Lots of spaces behind the restaurant in the old Shopko lot.

Very rude waiter brings wrong order and gets mad at customer for his own mistake. Making insulting remarks and being very rude and unprofessional. Please try harder or find a new business.

The guy that works here just yelled at me and insulted me because he served me the wrong food. Not being able to visually identify every item on the menu is apparently my fault and he was very upset with me for eating the food he set in front of me..I can't actually believe this just happened.. both my table and the table next to me were dumbfounded by the aggressive and inappropriate way this guy came at me angry that I took a bite of the food he put in front of me. It was, unbeknownst to me, MY job to make sure he delivered the correct food to the correct tables.Needless to say, we'll be having our lunch dates at a different Thai place from now on.

The rudest customer service you’ll ever get never ever go here. Their food is not worth their attitude, new Thai restaurants in town I’d rather go to them.

Might be worth a watch if you eat there. Apparently customer's job to manage the restaurant orders. Treat people as you want to be treated.

Great food but the service could use some improvement every time I go there’s no tea of any kind am I supposed to ask if I want soda? So today my review changed due to something I didn’t not expect, to be expected to tip! When in and ate my food when I got the check I payed with all the money I had it was the right amount and an extra dollar didn’t have enough to tip unfortunately and was there with my girlfriend, moment later the lady (I’m guessing one of the owners always see them there) takes my check with my money tell her to keep the change don’t want to embarrass my self just wanted to take my girlfriend out for something nice I had thought since I’ve been there a lot (today was my last day they lost me completely) then the lady came back and said there’s no tip so I was like what the heck I deal with this at the place I work at and never once cared or complained, she came back and told me “there enough for the food but there no tip” I was just in disbelief I’ve never experienced this but told her it’s not mandatory to tip don’t know if she knows the economy has risen here in America, but besides that I didn’t feel the need to tip someone who doesn’t smile then is not friendly to a regular. who cares tho I bet the ( don’t eat out if u can’t afford it) people will cry to read this but just know if you eat here they need you to tip even if they don’t deserve, the disrespect… just looked at the reviews and these people like to demand for tips

The food is good. I've had better but this wasn't bad. I'd say this is the second best in Idaho Falls.
