The food was so delicious and fresh, the staff was very friendly. I had the bisteq acebollado, and later I had the grilled chicken. All very delicious!

I enjoyed an amazing meal at The Cuban Table. Everything was cooked fresh after I placed my order!!! I had never had Empanadas before so it was a joy to experience. My father has relatives of Cuban decent and as a child I remember him talking about Cuban food. For me it was a cultural dining experience as well as a foodie thing--and I'm a foodie! My second dish was the Bistec de Palomilla which is thin marinated steak in mojo served with sauteed onions, my choice of congri or white rice (I choose congri) and a Cuban salad. I grew up on Black Beans with Yellow Rice. The congri was similar. It was excellent! I topped it off with both water and a beer. I was priviliged to have the owner as my server. I went during a slow time deliberately so I could not worry about taking my time to dine. The owner was very helpful in explaining the different foods to me and to help me choose what I'd like. I would definitely encourage anyone to visit this restaurant. The food is great, the service is great also!

If the photo of an empty plate doesn't provide enough of an idea, here are some words. It was delicious!!! Both my husband and I cleaned our plates. It was our first time, but we will be back for sure.We spent a week in Miami a few years ago and fell in love with Cuban food while we were there. It's great to have a place locally to have it whenever we want. Thank you for a yummy meal!

5 Stars, Masitas de Puerco was super fantastic.....WOW it was great, very, very, tasty, crispy outside tender juicy inside, and the black beans and rice were so fresh it took me back to my Miami days and all the Cuban food everywhere. The Cubano was also good. Tried the Malta Goya drink, it was different but very tasty, definitely worth a try.Instagram @foodie.adventures.usaParking: Plenty of space

Family run. Cooked as the orders come in = fresh. You might have to wait a bit, but the taste is worth it. This place is definitely on the list to go back for more

Had my mind set on ropa vieja. Turns out they don't make it everyday. So I ordered the shrimp. They were all out. Alrighty then, I will have the beef with an egg on top. We were off to a bad start. This quickly turned around with fantastically friendly service with huge smiles. And it turns out the beef was very tasty. Three of us had it and three of us liked it. It felt authentic. My only complaint is the beef could have been more tender and leaner, but maybe that is personal preference.

Stopped by for dinner and found this establishment to be good considering where it's located. It's not on the higher end of the spectrum when it comes to Cuban joints but it's great to have some food diversity in IF. The owner was working the order counter and was delightful, enjoyed a short conversation with her. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich. The meat was prepared well and they used the right bread, however, there weren't any pickles and the dipping sauce was a departure from what I'm accustomed to for this meal. I believe it was a butter based garlic sauce but I'd rather have something creamier and spicier for my sandwich. It was served with a side of plantains that were thin and crispy which was great. Also, ordered a side of Arroz Congris that was flavorful but on the verge on being too dry. I looked around for some hot sauce to spice it up and provided some much needed moisture but came up empty handed. Overall, was happy with the meal but my socks weren't blown off. Will come back again.

I’m so impressed with this restaurant! Their cubano is my new favorite meal in a sandwich. Tender lightly seasoned pulled pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickle, mustard, amazing! And the staff was friendly and accommodating. Try the pollo a la plancha too! And the fried plantains ?

Over priced. You can get a better Cuban sandwich in Rexburg at mother Hubbards for a third of the price.

I'm biased, I lived in Miami for a few years and was immersed in Cuban culture and food. So I was very excited when I discovered this place. I immediately connected with the owner, who is funny and an excellent chef. I went twice this week, I got a Cuban Sandwich, the meat was tender and flavorful, the cheese melted and gooey, the pickles were bright and had the perfect snap, then the bread brought it all together. It was so great! I got some ripe sweet plantains, little bites of perfection, I felt transported back to Miami. They have special dishes that are only available on Friday and Saturday nights, I went back and tried both special dishes, so good! The Abondigas were so flavorful and tender. And the sauce! It was so good I could drink it straight. I had a picky eater with me and he even agreed that we have to go back. Seriously give this place a try and enjoy something new and amazing. One of the best restaurants near me.
