I have traveled around the world, and I have not found a better gluten-free bakery anywhere. The variety of treats far surpasses what you will get in a bakery anywhere else. I hate to share this however, because I don’t want them to run out of goods before I get there to buy mine!!

First time here and definitely won’t be our last!! We got an assortment of donuts, muffins, and eclairs and every single one was delicious!! Everything from the food to the customer service was 12/10! Dustin was so helpful and incredibly friendly! Can’t wait to come back:)

Very impressed with the taste, texture and quality. The baked goods are surprisingly moist! Their prices are decent and we’ve always been treated with respect and kindness from the staff. We are grateful to have access to a gluten free bake shop which houses a variety of goodies which do not leave an unpleasant gluten free taste! FANTASTIC FOOD!

Such a treasure for our family to find this bakery! Delicious gluten & dairy free options. We tried the most delicious hot breakfast sandwich, ever, hands down! Also tried donuts, sweet rolls, an éclair, and a cupcake on our first visit. We put some protein pumpkin muffins in the freezer for later. We can't wait to go back & try the cookies. Run by a very friendly family. Love this place already.

The most phenomenal donuts I have ever had! This donut had such a positive impact on my day♥️ The vanilla donut was so delicious and the maple icing on top was scrumptious. I also had the pleasure of having a pumpkin cookie for an afternoon desert.🎃if you have the opportunity to go to The Guardian Bake Shop make sure you go!

I accidentally came upon the Guardian Bake Shop when I took my daughter to college. I snuck in right before they closed at 6pm. I met the owner/founder and we had a wonderful chat. I have to say it was the best chocolate cupcake and best apple donut. I HIGHLY recommend making it a stop on your next travel destination to Idaho Falls. 10/10

We tried 6 different items. Every one was spectacularly delicious. We especially loved the Gnomeo chocolate cupcake, the Juliet white cupcake, and were surprised to even enjoy the vegan blueberry donut. Definitely worth the stop.
