The Tiki Hut Hawaiian Shave Ice

They forgot my order so I had to wait 40 minutes for my food when it was hot outside so I had to tell them that I had ordered already. I do not recommend going

Over 30 mins for a pretzel!

They can’t get the orders right….. always missing something like cream or candy on top etc….. took a good 30min to get our 3 shaved ice when there was only 1 person in front of us….. 1 of the orders was missing coconut cream….. had to go back and asked for it… another one was also missing cream and gummy on top… had to go back and asked again…. The last one of disaster….. specifically asked to omit green apple and there was green apple flavor in it and they forgot to put gummy on top again on this order too….. seems like they are doing that on purpose… asked them to get fix the shaved ice and they only put the gummy on top and gave back to us…. So asked again to make a new one and they said ok. And took a good 5 min and they said it’s ready but they gave us the old one that we took back to us saying fixed it….. never ever go there again to buy anything from them. Awful customer service! Unbelievable! Ruined our night!

First tried this shaved ice a couple years back. It's still delicious, but ever since they changed locations it kinda died. Also when I go I see underage workers goofing off inside. If I could go back to the future to get the old tiki hut I would.

Tiki Hut used to be my go to when it was over by Panera. Was expecting something similar and was very disappointed. The girls working argued over who was going to shave our ice for 5 minutes and when we did get our snocones, they really skimped on the syrups, the entire bottom half of my snocone had no syrup at all. Such a shame because it really used to be the only place I’d go!

Really good small business with really cheap prices! It's very convenient that it's right next to the pool as well.

The employee drank whipped cream directly from the can because she thought we couldnt see her. Really gross would give zero stars if i could

Literally the worst snowcone place I’ve ever been to. There was a lady who had ordered about 15 minutes before me, and got her snow cones about 35 minutes later. I ordered quickly after her and have been waiting for about 45 minutes. The shack looks to be run by 8-year-olds. Terrible service. Will not be coming back.

The shaved ice was tasty, but the service was extraordinarily slow. The employees seemed completely unfamiliar with how to make shaved ice or use the cash register.

Service was painfully slow. And the order was wrong. However the quality of the shaved ice is the best in town. ?‍♀️
